Auto dealership service departments. I never had an issue with our dealership in Michigan, but here in Virginia it seems you need to schedule basic necessary service several months in advance. Simple things like oil change, tire rotation, even state inspections (required by law) are booked two months out. Heaven forbid you have a serious issue or an idiot light coming on for whatever reason.

I don't know the area, but that's what I've read. My one trip there many years ago found the bridge between Tampa and St Pete a bit daunting.

Hoping they can keep the team there. The last report I saw that construction on a new facility won't begin until sometime next year and be completed in 2025 outside the MILB timelines. I'm not crazy about the location, part of it is my dislike for that stretch of the freeway. Too many ramps and crazy drivers. That said I don't know where I'd locate it for what they want to do.
