  1. At least someone’s having fun tonight
  2. Tucker and his fellow Trumpers average about 3 mil...
  3. They hate it when you challenge them with. facts. They tend to either reply with insults or turn into Jeff Lebowski "that's your opinion man"
  4. I'm going to paraphrase Jonathan V Last's comments in today's Bullwerk since his comments are behind their paywall. These hearing are on the Republican Party. They are what the Republicans chose because they refused to go along with a proposal to for an investigation similar to what the country had after 9/11 Imagine if the Republicans had followed through on the outrage that immediately followed 1/6. That that the Republican leadership had called for Trump's resignation. Or if he wouldn't resign voted for his impeachment and removal. If that had happened these hearings would not pose any danger to Republican leadership. The political danger would only adhere to Trump and his minions. Instead the Republicans chose to back Trump's coup attempt and instead oppose the consequences of their collective actions. They have spent the last 18 months making excuses or covering up his actions. The Republican Party owns these hearings. They are the ones that made it political because of their actions. As an aside, I'm old enough to remember when Republicans had enough balls to actually do the right thing. And take responsibility for the actions of a President whose supporters committed illegal acts.
  5. This from the party that held seven meetings on Benghazi. Numerous investigations on Afghanistan. Fast and Furious, Solyndra, so called IRS targeting by Obama. Not to mention how many investigations into a supposed real estate scheme by the Clintons that did yield an impeachment count of lying under oath. Don't think for a minute any of the above investigations were bipartisan. Trump is leading you around like dogs. He's bilking you just like he did with Trump U. Third class products like Trump beef and Trump wine. Bad real estate deals, etc. And you have been way too stupid to realize it because he supposedly shares your prejudices. You are nothing to him but a cash cow, but you are really a lamb being lead to slaughter. When he's finished he'll toss you aside like filthy underwear.
  6. It took about 26 months from the break-in of the DNC to Nixon's resignation. ( I see Oblong beat me to the punch)
  7. I'm just eyeballing what I'm seeing around here. A lot of buyers seem to be investors. Corporations looking for rentals (at least in the low to mid $300,000 range). Houses are only on the market for about 2-3 weeks at the most. Of course it being June in an area with a large military presence plays a factor.
  8. Daddy was not happy last night.
  9. Commanders welfare bill in Va is dead. DC doesn't want them. MD says the team owns their current property, but don't expect any more $$ other than a proposed rail line already on the table,
  10. And once again Jared K proved himself a useless sack of protoplasm edit This was based on the clip that showed him saying he wrote of council's threats of resignation as whining (while he was working on pardons)
  11. Testimony from Ivanka and Bill Bar is extremely damning. Would Julie or Tricia Nixon ever turn on their dad?
  12. Not really new but she has a book to sell
  13. Present. Liz is doing a good job of setting up the prosecution
  14. I remember purchasing Tony Larussa back in the day. It sucked, went immediately back to APBA
  15. I will agree with this comment written in today's JVL Bullwerk column
  16. I'm not sure he deserves hero status. If he testifies before the committee I'd rank him akin to John Dean.
  17. Hey Congress Critter, how many corporate payrolls are you on?
  18. Only a true Yinzer would know the meaning of Kennywood's open, Kennywood and Rainbow Gardens in White Oak were the two cool places then. We moved before I was old enough to enjoy the RG pool..
  19. I had to look it up, Kennywood Park. Used to go there for "school picnics" during grade school back when wooden roller coasters were scary.
  20. The Pirates TV team may lead to a middle inning nap
