I'm old enough to remember that when one or two people in the class misbehaved, the whole class was punished. And that was back in the "good old days (50's and '60s). Same with employers, If one or two folks broke the rules, privileges were removed. Now the pampered employees of the NRA need to feel the same pain.

I'd like to add some sort of certification. Similar to a drivers license test, including a written test. All preformed by a reputable certified organization, none of these fly by night guys I see on facebook. Minimum of 16 hours training before taking test.

I remember a couple of years ago when the NRA met in Nashville. City ordnance restricted guns inside the convention center. Probably the same in Texas. I do like the irony

There is legislation and I think a ballot initiative that remedies the current situation in MI. What there is now is government run by aids, The current crop of legislators just gets comfortable with their position before they're term limited out. Bottom line is they are constantly running for the next position.

All of that went out the window when Congress decided to divide up territories like the Dakotas into separate states. When the Constitution was ratified Virginia included what is now Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Illinois were part of Virginia. Also West Virginia and parts of Ohio and Western Pa. A lot has changed in 275 years...
