I read these Presidential rants and constantly get flashbacks to a Jason Robarts, Martin Balsom movie of the 1960s "A Thousand Clowns". In the movie an unemployed TV writer (Roberts) occasionally berates his neighbors on the quality of their garbage.

I used to have it was doctors offices. The moment I walked into the exam room I'd get all clammy and light headed. When our son was born being in the delivery room was a new phenomenon. I had to wait until my wife was prepped, but the moment I walked in I nearly passed out. Now I see doctors often enough not much phases me. Not even the colostomy exam. (Prep is still a PIA). I consider it an opportunity for a quick nap
