  1. Biden, most people believe the VP is basically a nothing job. Harris can do the heavy lifting with Biden there as a consultant so to speak.
  2. They've already started something similar.
  3. Trump is showing signs of mortality as well. Watch his gate, not as pronounced as Biden's (neuropathy, as well as the effects of a broken foot in 2021). Trump is obese, it's been long reported his diet is not the best. Not good for a 78 year old man. It was also well known that the former President seldom reported to the office before 10 AM.
  4. So if it's raining at the airport but sunny at the studio 10 miles away.....
  5. Another Golden Oldie. He hasn't aged well at all I've lived in this area for four years now, not to mention a bit of time 30 plus years ago. I've never seen an airport in Yorktown. Fort McHenry was in 1812. Is this what MAGA's are brainwashing our kids with
  6. That sounds more like Warner. Especially looking at his congressional record and his time as governor
  7. Good piece from Tim
  8. I wonder if King Charles would be willing to take us back, ASAP. Before we go to war over Trump's tariffs.
  9. Putin and Orban sent word thru Bannon
  10. Edith Wilson and Woodrow's staff did a credible job when Pres Wilson had his stroke. I expect Jill and Ms Harris to do a better job than the Convict In Chief post 2025.
  11. Even a citizenship test. The one's they give to grant citizenship status.
  12. Let them do it live on TV. A panel of doctors, psychologists, etc. The whole man, woman, monkey, pepper bull**** is only one part of the puzzle. I want to see 6 minute walk respiratory results, bmi numbers, dietary history the whole nine yards.
  13. Would that considered to be an "official" act. Just asking for a friend.
  14. RFKjr was about a year ahead of my wife the brief time she was in law school at UVa in 1980. She said she never met him but word on campus said he was a huge nutcase even back then
  15. Makes sense. Just hope you and others realize I was being a bit sarcastic. (Even though I have tin foil hat questions about wife #1’s encounter with stairs and bigger issues with her resting place. It all seems too convenient for me
  16. We’ve been doing a bit of traveling lately and I’m finding that obtaining a luggage cart is getting more and more challenging as folks have become too lazy to return them to their proper location. I’m thinking hotels need to go the Aldi route or even something similar to what they do (or used to do at DTW). Install a machine that requires a deposit for the cart, you get your money back when it’s returned. No change, they have it at the check in desk for folks who at least stay in some of the longer term places need laundry quarters. if you’re staying at a “boutique” hotel you should expect to pay a bit extra for the cart. There was a time I moonlighted at the car/cab desk at Metro. Down time we would wander the parking decks looking for loose carts. The extra change for the deposit added up to a nice chunk of change.
  17. If I understand the ruling correctly, if Biden wakes up tomorrow and calls one of his Scranton or Delaware “friends” and Trump has an “accident” while golfing, he can be charged. If he makes a “passing comment” to one of his shady generals he should have immunity, outside of possible impeachment. If he resigns the presidency after Trumps “accident”…..
  18. Just spitballing here. Leagues with split seasons? First half ends Saturday?
  19. It’s a kickback to the district court. More delay. I do think the overall ruling makes sense, however
  20. Trump was unable to answer questions truthfully. If you watch clips from some of his rallies he tends to freeze or forget things when the teleprompter dies
  21. Ford chose Nelson Rockefeller as his VP after Nixon's resignation. He then picked Bob Dole as his running mate in 1976
  22. The party can choose a running mate at the convention. He or she would not serve until after they are sworn in in January, if they win.
  23. Playing this out fully. If Biden is considered not capable of running for re-election, what the hell is he doing serving as President? Taking it a step farther, if Biden (Joe or Jill) decide he's unable to continue to govern, Harris becomes President. She'll have to nominate a Vice President, that must be approved by a majority of both houses of Congress. This happened with Nixon and Agnew. That was 50 years ago. I just can't see today's Congress, especially the kindergarten called the House of Representatives, approving anyone Harris would nominate tossing the executive branch and country further into crisis mode.
