I wasn’t calling CNN RW. I posted the link last night and was laughed at. So I posted the CNN link confirming that the story was factual. You guys respect CNN so I thought. It would have been nice if FEMA would have internally released a statement leading up to this. As reported, multiple FEMA folks were aware this was happening.

She, the supervisor has already been fired so that leads me to believe the story is true. I do really hope that this was an isolated incident.

It’s called damage control. Amazing, someone does actual journalism and the room sticks its head further down a hole. Hoping better journalism can be found elsewhere.

Chad Hershey, Washington’s FEMA supervisor, told The Daily Wire that the agency is looking into the situation. “We are aware of it and we are taking proper action in this situation currently,” Hershey said. After publication of this story, a FEMA spokesperson told The Daily Wire it was “deeply disturbed” and “horrified” by the employee’s actions, and that it has “taken extreme actions to correct this situation.”
