Yep this is it. We are an all about me society. Men are staying boys all their life. My son works construction in the summer through his High School. He got paid $22 an hour! They placed 12 kids last summer at different construction companies all same pay. He and one other kid made it through the summer without getting let go from being on their phones or just bad workers. They got kicked out of the program. Small sample size of the big problem.
