Some states require ID to vote some don’t. Until these kind of differences are resolved federal can’t require states to change any other voter laws.

Keep it shutdown. F the ACA it was a doomed program from the start. If you need to subsidize it consistently than they should subsidize every Americans insurance premiums.

However, the bill failed 53-43 with 3 Democrats defecting to support the bill. Georgia Sens. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, and Ben Ray Luján of New Mexico voted for the bill
