Question: Which 4th? Because we don't have a 4th this year...
-
I don't think it's the best move at all... You can find a WR in the mid rounds to do what we need him to do... be a Chark or Chark-lite. 3rd/ 5th/ 6th rounds... a decent WR will be available if Holmes can find him...

Sign our guys that Campbell & Holmes want back; sign Jamel Dean... Add draft picks... Fill-in with 1-year FA deals where needed...
-
OK... Jarace Walker. My gosh... in a professional league where 3-pt shot is an almost absolute must... NONE of these guys in college can hit the 3? Headed to a league that is dominated by that shot? What are they thinking...? I assume they are not following Steph's 500 3-pt shots per day training regimen...? (I don't remember Steph's actual practice shots per day growing up... from an SI article? But it was an insane amount of daily shots IIRC...). Plus having Dell Curry for a dad probably didn't hurt...
-
I thought he had terrible form though that no one thought would translate to the NBA? IIRC...
-
I have no idea: How does Cam Whitmore look?
-
In other words... I hope we get some lottery luck this year...
-
That sounds like Stanley Johnson 2.0 Or Killian 2.0 "In 4 or 5 years he may be able to hit a 3-point shot...".
-
They already have 1,500 "peacekeepers" there... Just a guess... a pretext for Russia to attack/ overthrow Moldovan government? Their plan to do exactly that has already been exposed... This is the first warning shot that they are up to something... no good.

'Murica.

I would prefer Romania assist Moldova in that measure, not Ukraine. But once Poland, or Romania make a move like that... Putin will legitimately be able to wail that NATO is attacking Russia. I still concur in voting to kick the Russians out Transdniestra, Kaliningrad, Byelorus (overthrowing Lukashenkos' illegitimate reign of terror), Abkhazia, South Ossetia...

Or as, I think it was chas that suggested it earlier... Al fell in love with spin rates.

Much worse. When I first read it, it sounded like only Miles and Davis were there, and I couldn't find a mention of Miller. That (your quote) answers it...
-
If I'm reading it correctly Miller wasn't there. Miles texted Miller basically "where's my weapon?" and Miller told him. I'm not certain how much he was involved with his car, whether he purposefully left it there... or how much he knew about Miles' intentions. Maybe he knew everything and was standing nearby or something...? But it didn't read like that; although I've been known to misread things...
-
Actually that would fix a lot of problems...
-
Also... Just the experience of fighting to try and get INTO the playoffs...
-
Make the playoffs. Win or lose this group of guys could use some playoff experience...

That should reveal our lack of depth at Center...

Red Wings at Capitols: MUST WIN!

And being the unicorns that they were ... most TE's will never amount to the next Winslow, Kelce, Gronk, or Witten. Their best skills are high catch rate (due to size advantage over defenders and better ability to take a hit and hold onto the ball...). Not game-breaking bust-a-move receivers. Aside from a select few that is. And again, those are unicorns. I am not into finding a truckload of fool's gold by chasing unicorns. So most of the good ones are good for blocking, moving the chains, and red zone advantage, and high catch rate. Exactly how Johnson uses them. We already have two talents that do exactly that... so who out there is actually an improvement? Not who someone thinks there is...

Make a Pixar movie with this slate of characters... it'd be awesome...!

That seems less about tendencies and more about intentions. Putin wants the Soviet Union back and he will take any measures to enforce that. F Byelorussia's independence. F what the Ukrainians want. F the world. By hook or by crook, or by military violence, he will take what he wants.

Brock Wright and James Mitchell are better than Hock anyways. Hock's career pass-catch rate was 66% of his targets. That's terrible for a TE. Brock Wright is at 75% which is where the better TE's reside. Mitchell caught 100% of his targets. They are both superior blockers. And superior receivers. No need to upgrade because we've already upgraded. Wright was undrafted and Mitchell was a 5th rounder? If Holmes wants to "upgrade" or add another TE to the room I suspect he will use a 5th or 6th or undrafted FA again to find TE's that are CLEAR upgrades over Hock and what other uninformed proletariats "think" are good TE's.
