    Kasper needs to get rolling though. This is the 4th season after his draft year. You don't expect a #8 overall to make the NHL in the 1st season or even the 2nd season. Should be contributing by year 3 though, which he did with 19 goals and 37 points in 77 games, something to build upon. But by year 4 you should be breaking through, and so far 3G 0A 3pts in 18 games ain't it.
