Oh man, this jacks up the pressure even more, IMO. Lions would win a road game over Tampa, am not sure about beating the Rams in LA. So cannot be the 5th seed!

If the Rams lose to Seattle, they will drop down to the #4 seed and the Bucs would move up to the #3 seed. I’d like the Rams to beat Seattle because if the Lions lose tonight I’d prefer they play Tampa next week instead of LA.

And in McLellan's first 3 games the Wings outshot the Leafs 25-23, were even with Washington in shots at 27, and even with Pittsburgh at 25. Now 17-7 Wings after 1. What a turnaround. Small sample size caveat of course, but still ...
