There are very good things in our future. Yzerman is a tremendous GM. I check Edmonton Oilers sites, they're on to Holland now. I think Holland gets a lot of credit for things Jimmy D actually set up here. Evander Kane is doing alright for the Oilers.............but give it time, he'll screw it up.

I knew Frank when I interned at the FM station and he was on WJR. Always nice to me (and trust me, not every radio personality was nice to the interns). He was also smart enough to not take the Tigers radio gig after Ernie got fired. He knew that person wouldn't have had a chance. Can't say I agreed with his politics and he stepped in it badly a few years ago. I thought he was good at play by play for both Michigan and the Tigers, but the standard is Ernie Harwell and Dan Dickerson and that is a very high standard.

From the porch into the front door there is a step of about 10 inches and Diego stands there rocking back and forth because 3 years ago he slipped on the wood when it was wet. I have grip strips on it now and he can't slip but he still will not step on that, so I have to get behind him and coach him, sometimes loudly. Lately I just started picking up his front half and setting it down inside the house and boy does he hate that, but it's better than standing there letting all the cold into the house.
