  1. Not sure if its been mentioned or not but just a heads up if you're in the Detroit area the game will be shown live on Fox 2 so if you don't have a Prime account don't worry about signing up for one just to watch the game.
  2. Yeah Kliff Kingsburry is a fine young coach and upstanding citizen. Any team would be fortunate to have him.
  3. Yeah thought his MLB career may have been finished a year ago but he overcame yet another injury and parlayed the 6 weeks of strong pitching into atleast 2 more MLB years and 29 million.
  4. It's amazing that all season the only help we got from any other team against Minnesota and GB was the Rams against the Vikings and the Eagles in week 1 against the Packers. And of course we're competing with the Eagles for the 1 seed so that win really wasn't even that beneficial for us.
  5. Just like I think his voice crack on that inexplicable Warren interception in the end zone was a genuine fan/emotional reaction.
  6. I know Gus is a Detroiter and a big Michigan fan actually, I think he said the "we didn't cheat this time" line out of spite to the folks that would always say that was the reason Michigan won. Like I think his legit UM fandom came out there in the excitement.
  7. There were so many quality to great ones this past year too unfortunately for us with how the portal timelines are we got screwed by going all the way which in turned delayed Harbaugh and JJ's decision. I think the initial portal ended 30 days after the regular season ended which was before we were finished. No good QB was gonna commit here without knowing for sure if the HC was returning and/or what the current star QB was gonna do. By the time of the 2nd round of portals opened up in late spring most if not all of the good ones were gone. Still though you'd think there had to be somebody available then better than what we ended up with.
  8. The Commanders just released their 1st rd pick from last year Emmaneul Forbes. He was somebody I liked going into the draft in 2023 and thought could've been an option in the 2nd round(surprised he went in the 1st), I don't know if he is a fit here or not given his relative thin frame and lack of physicality but I know he had great ball skills coming out of college and with all the injuries we have going on he could be a high reward type of pick up.....if somebody else doesn't get to him first which I'm sure they will just cause of the upside.
  9. Kyle McCord who was essentially ran out of town by the Buckeyes is currently carving up and leading Syracuse over the number 5 ranked Hurricanes.
  10. 4th time this season we've thrown for under a 100 yards for the game, shockingly though we are 3-1 in those games. Also the high water mark for the season is 208 yards by a guy who retired from football a week later.
  11. Funny I was just coming to post this video I just came across. Campbell definitely was caught off guard by the question didn't seem too thrilled about it, so even though he surely would've found out about it at some point credit to whomever asked the question and made Campbell aware of it so they can make the adjustments asap.
  12. We certainly would've lost to Texas and Oregon either way but I wonder how things would've looked if we just had an average QB this year?
  13. Don't know what happens if Oregon loses but Penn State has the tiebreaker over Indiana so assuming Oregon wins they would be the other team. OSU would need Penn State and Indiana to lose to a 1 win Purdue team to back there way in.
  14. It's the biggest that I can think of, atleast in the past 30 years or so. I remember a game in the mid 90s where Biakabutuka went off and upset a then top 3 OSU team but I think Michigan was atleast ranked then unlike this year.
  15. Also got Carlton Davis who is still questionable and at the very least is going to continue to play with a cast on his hand and Malcolm Rodriguez who is out for the year.
  16. We've been spoiled for the most part by having blowouts against bad teams but in general this is how the NFL is, even the bad teams routinely give the best teams a good game that is decided by a score or 2.
  17. FOr sure but I was commenting on the fact that the play was designed to be a short pass and timeout but Caleb instead tried to play hero ball. If it was infact designed to be a quick short pass they wouldn't have had as many players as they did run down field.
  18. If that was the case then why have multiple receivers running routes to the goal line?
  19. I do blame Caleb though for missing that throw to Moore a 2-3 plays earlier, if that was on target it likely is a TD or atleast inside the 10 at worst.
  20. Yep, not sure how anybody can put the blame on a rookie QB here.
  21. lol at the Bears, seems like the announcers are blaming Caleb, he seemed to be doing all he could to get everybody lined up and snap it. The blame should all be on Eberflus, I genuinely wonder if he forgot that he had a timeout left?
  22. On a side note flags like that should be reviewable. imo
