  1. It's "just" an ACL and he was clearly the top WR before the injury. He's a guy that can make a Jamar Chase like impact on an offense. It essentially costed a 3rd and 14 spots in the 2nd, not a major amount to give up to get a premium talent like that.
  2. Jameson Williams it is! I love it! He was the top WR on the board for me despite his ACL injury, well worth giving up essentially 3rd and dropping 14 spots in the 2nd to get.
  3. Maybe they are trading up for Hamilton?
  4. Lol there were only like 4 people in the Saints draft room. The Jets had like 20 in theirs.
  5. Looks like the Saints moved up to Washington's pick.
  6. I completely forgot about the Matt Ryan trade until they just brought up Mariotta for the Falcons.
  7. Drake London and Kyle Pitts is definitely a hell of a receiving tandem, of course we're all too familiar with what freaky receivers mean for your team if you don't have anybody else on your team.
  8. If Ikem ends up being way better than Neal I think the Giants will regret not taking Ikem 5 and Thibs at 7 since the Panthers weren't going to take Thibs anyway.
  9. Id imagine if Willis is still there at 31 Cincy could get a bounty for the pick from a team to get him and that 5th year option. Teams would probably think that we would take him so they'd want to get ahead of us.
  10. Kinda like how Hutch and Thibs were seen as the top DEs all year only for Walker to go 1st, Neal was basically the consensus OT all year only to get passed by Ikem.
  11. Also just gotta say I'm liking the fact that they stopped showing the guys in the green room receiving the phone calls before the pick is announced spoiling any surprise. I think they did the same thing last year too so hopefully it continues to be like that.
  12. Loving the pace thus far, already 5 picks in and we're only about a half hour since they officially started it.
  13. Booger does make a good point about him coming back from his ankle injury instead of sitting out the rest of the season like he easily could have.
  14. Considering the Panthers were unlikely to go with Thibs kinda surprised the Giants didn't wait till 7 to take him. Perhaps they were worried a team would trade up for him.
  15. I think the last DB to be known by his nickname was Pac Man Jones, I have a feeling Sauce is going to turn out better!
  16. Crazy to think that the top 4 guys are all defense, of course I think that says more about the lack of QBs than anything but still considering how this is an offensive league it's kinda weird to see.
  17. If the NFL had the same rules as basketball where guys can come out after a year of college Stingley may have been our pick at 3 instead of Okudah in 2020.
  18. Yeah Lions wasted no time putting the pick in.
  19. Birkett says he's "hearing rumors on the red carpet that its Thibedaeux at 2."
  20. One benefit that we do know of in drafting Hutch is we seen his Mom at the Orange Bowl and she is hot! To my knowledge Thibs Mom is still an unknown so if push comes to shove that could be something that tips the scales for Hutch.
  21. Id be happy with Thibs or Hutch but my gut says if Hutch is there they are taking him. Thibs could be the guy in the draft that ends up being Myles Garrett and if he does and we pass on him that will most certainly suck but either way I think we will end up being happy with Hutch in the long run too. While he may not be that defacto All Pro I could see him being a perennial pro bowl type and a guy that fans will love as us Michigan fans already know.
  22. Not watching the game just following on gamecast and it just feels like even when the Tigers do eek a out a run it always seems like such a struggle. Like they rarely get those big innings where a few runs happen in a short amount of time.
  23. Oh yeah for sure, I'm speaking more of the stereotypical radio caller than the more educated or atleast open minded fan.
  24. If the Lions do pass on Hutch its going to be like the Pistons passing on Trey Burke in terms of initial scrutiny it gets from the fans except on a much larger scale.
