I didn't care which way this went as long as it was the same. It is a big disadvantage to AL teams having the pitcher hit. I think your probably right that it didnt happen very much. There have been a few publicized cases where a teacher was teaching or promoting it. The bill stops this happening at a very young age. I believe the parents should instilling their principles to their children not a teacher. That isn't their job.

Once again you are pushing a false democrat narriative and another lie. What the bill does is prohibit classroom instuction to kids 3rd grade and lower on sexual orientation and gender identity. Why should kids that young be taught anything like that in school? This is common sense and a great move by Florida. It should be a federal requirement.

Zelinsky continues to ask the US and NATO for a no fly zone. Get ready for this folks....the Biden administration is doing right by turning his request down. Ukraine is not a member of NATO and there is no reason for the us to get involved. As soon as a NFZ is implemented we are going to be involved in a full scale war with Russia that has a good probability it would go nuclear. Then at what point will China get involved? When they do they've already made it clear they side with Putin. Biden admin is correct by aiding Ukraine where they can but staying out of the war.

I still believe if we had a strong and healthy POTUS (dem or rep), this invasion wouldn't have happened. This invasion is not only Putin going after Ukraine as it is him and his buddy Xi giving a big FU to the US. The US is being tested because of Biden. I said before that I beleive Condi Rice is calling the shots behind the scenes, which makes sense and actually makes me feel better. While I don't agree with her politics she is not a dummy. Biden is probably sitting on the couch with an ice cream cone watching cartoons. As for the economy, inflation and gas prices have been increasing since Biden took office. His/Democrat/Squad policies are mostly responsible for that. If we were an energy independant country then we wouldn't be buying oil from Russia in the first place.

The number of current leases is misleading. Not all leases are productive so new ones are needed to be explored . Its was well publicized that on day one Biden signed an executive order that put an end to all new leases and the keystone pipeline. Gas prices have been going up since Biden took office. We were close to being energy independant when the democrats took over and like so many good things for the country they ended it.

Why would any American want to do a deal with Iran? Iran is one of our worst enemy and a nation that supports terrorism. Paying off the enemy is not going to make them like us. It will just give them the means to attack us easier and quicker. By the way my comment was 100% correct.

We should not be doing any deals with Iran. Iran is a terrorist country that is 100% against the US. The Obama administration made a terrible deal with Iran to begin with and the Iranians did not follow through on their end. As soon as Iran has a nuclear weapon the US is in real danger. None of these deals do anything to guarantee they won't develop a nuke because Iran can't be trusted. I also can't believe the US would have Russia in any talks. Russia and Iran will do whatever is their best interest. It will be just another way to get money out of the US.

You're correct that the jobs didn't automatically come back. A lot of business couldn't survive the shut time. I don't necessarily blame anyone for shutting things down. During the pandemic I feel everyone made the decision they thought was best at the time. Looking back some decisions were right and some weren't but who was to know at the time. My point was saying that one person did something to lose all the job or create all the jobs is not correct. The pandemic shutdown caused the big unemployment numbers and reopening the country caused the so called creation of jobs to lower unemployment.

Donald Trump is a private citizen and has no power anymore. He said a lot of stupid things over the years. I think we all agree on that. I posted a recent recording of the current Vice President of the United States giving a very dumb explanation of the Russian Ukraine war. It doesn't surprise me that you haven't heard this. Do you think the jobs just went away? The covid pandemic and the governors shutting down business are what caused the job loss. Its funny that people blamed Trump for doing nothing during the pandemic but now overlook what the governors did and blame Trump for shutting things down. If I remember correctly Trump only did a two week shutdown at the beginning to try to get things under control. Some state governors kept business down for months and some over a year in California. For some people Trump is responsible for every bad thing that ever happened.
