The part I don't understand is how the 2020 election was secure but now Biden says 2022 will be illegitimate. Seems like they want it both ways or are they just trying to pass the voter fraud bill so they will never lose another election???

Very entertaining press conference yesterday. Some of the best moments were: Biden says 2022 election will be illegitimate. You can tell the dems expect to see big losses. He said he brought up to China that the US wants answers on origins of covid. Reporter then asked why his communication team didn't know anything about it and Biden said they weren't with him. This is 100% lie and Biden should be called out for it. He's still being protected by the liberal media. Maybe the best one was when he said he did more than any other president in the first year. That is laughable unless he's talking about what he is doing to destroy the country. He is worst POTUS is my lifetime and possibly worst ever. I loved it when he was asked why half the country thinks he doesn't have the mental capacity to do his job and we get some incoherent babble.

The mail in ballot rules were changed for covid in a lot of places. In some places strict controls were not in place and signatures not checked. This has been proven. People here will deny this all day because they were happy with the results. If the dems can somehow push through their voting fraud bill our elections will not be secure and will have the integrity of a vote in a third world country. Once again that's acceptable here because almost all of you are far left liberals and their voting rules give the dems the power to control elections.

As someone who's very conservative I agree with that we need to educate both young men and women on birth control. I was young once and abstinence is not a good plan. I beleive men and women should agree on the birth control but we all know that doesn't happy. That leaves more of the responsibility on the female and that should be part of the education. I don't mean that in a sexist way but the female needs to look out for herself.

Election security and integrity is a good thing.

I'm just going off what my dr. told me last week. He said everyone is different but I should have immunity for 4 to 6 months but since I has antibody treatment it could be longer. Its hard to tell how long it would last but its also the same for vaccine. I think Phizer and Moderna both are redoing boosters at 5 months.

You are getting yourself worked up over nothing. Yes, abortion is going to be addressed in the SCOTUS but nobody knows whats going to come from it. I really don't see a 100% ban but things do need to change. None of the other other things you mention will happen. This is all far left propaganda.

I highly doubt that any of the killing in Chicago has to do with politics or Donald Trump. No wonder some things can't get fixed with the obsession some people have on Trump. I don't know that much about the areas of Chicago but can guess that most of the killing involves gang related or other criminal activity such as robbery, car jacking etc. I don't see a bunch of people sitting around talking about Biden and Trump and then start killing each other. It more about money, drugs, relationships, power, turf, etc.

I think prior infection should be considered because it can give the person immunity for a few months. That's about the same, and maybe better in some people than the current vaccine and booster.

Are there any statistics on who the victims are in Chicago? I know there are a lot of murders in Chicago and thought the majority of them were gang bangers killing each other mainly in south Chicago.

I've seen a couple reports that black people were given priority on covid treatments in two states. One was NY which wasn't a surprise but the second one was...it was Utah. The articles also went on to say that certain older black people had a higher risk because of other factors so that's what really prioritized the treatment. I don't have a problem prioritizing based on risk assessment but if it was based solely on race that would be wrong. I don't think that happened at least for the most part. There could always be a doctor somewhere that did.

They are going to pass them on to the consumer like we are seeing. One area they have higher costs is in energy and fuel. Biden's policy of shutting down pipelines and cutting back domestic oil production has contributed to energy cost increases. If the dem tax increase on business goes through that will not help either. Its just more costs passed on to us.

If you look at things objectively and not with partisan blinders on you will see the truth better. Presidents get wrongly blamed for things and then given credit for things they have nothing to do with. It won't ever change and we see it everywhere including right here on this forum.

If you look back at my comment I didn't say a policy change cause the supply chain issues. I said I thought three things contributed to inflation in the US and that would be covid, supply chain issues and policy change.

I think you are a little off topic under the gun thread 😊 I did see the list of EO orders that Younkin signed and I didn't see anything major so this probably a partisan complaint on Fred's part. Maybe it was the part about establishing a committee on anti-Semitism. That hits home with a lot of dems.

Boris Johnson has been in office for a few years now. Has he changed any policy that would cause inflation? I don't know the answer but inflation in his country is probably due to similar reason it is in the US. I think inflation in the US started to increase soon after Biden took office. Is it 100% his fault? I wouldn't say it is but some of his policies contributed to it. Covid and supply chain issues are a big part of the problem. Biden takes a hit on this because he said he would get covid under control and that the supply chain issues would be fixed. That's never happened and covid is way worse than its ever and the supply chain issues are also as bad as ever. Biden would have been better saying nothing than trying to take credit for something that he thought would or might happen. His "talk" with the longshoreman didn't do anything. Great Britain is also seeing record Covid numbers so that's probably a big contributor to the problem.

I must care what you say since I respond to you. This is an opinion board and we are trading opinions. I will say the thing I said about the DirectTV/OAN thing has been very misunderstood. At this point I would agree to disagree and move on.

Actually changing Senate rules is more a danger to the democracy of the US. We found out last week it was 10 guys in fatigues that trained in their moms backyard that are accused of doing something at the Capitol. That hasn't even been proven yet. The rest of the people were protestors and if you go by the democrat definition they were peaceful protestors. I have a better chance of winning every powerball lottery for the rest of the year than those 10 guys had of succeeding. I don't think there is a force big enough anywhere in the world to overtake the US government. On the other hand if the dems eliminate the filibuster they will push through anything they want and one of those things is the voting rights fallacy bill that will take power away from the states and enable them to make their own rules for the elections. Their new voting rules will heavily favor democrats and the chance of any other party winning an election again would be slim to none. Who knows what else they will push through and its scary if you look at their track record now. They are not working for the US or the American citizens. They want to go to war with Russia over Ukraine but won't lift a finger to protect the US border. If things were reversed and Republicans were pushing for Senate rule changes you would be having a fit.

That's funny but its far from being Lauren Boebert. Just a young kid that hasn't been taught much about her parents car. Since she's a young person chances are she's a democrat supporter since most are. See why I don't have much hope for the younger generation and the future of our country.
