  1. The worst thing that happened on Jan 6 and nobody talks about it. An officer fired a gun into an unarmed crowd of people and killed someone. Actually there were armed people in that crowd but it was other officers. The police involved in the brianna brown shooting were fired for something similar. Why was this guy given a free pass and nobody cares? He knows you don't fire a gun blindly without knowing whats behind the target.
  2. I want the Braves to win so that should be the kiss of death for them and Astros will win it.
  3. I hope both sides understand if the strike the loss of their fans base could be huge. Neither side is blameless.
  4. Most people trained to use firearms, the first thing they do when picking up a firearm is to check to see if its loaded, has ammo chambered, safety, etc. You also never rely on what someone tells you. Sounds like they need some proper training on these sets.
  5. I have thought the same thing about his lawyers. You would think he would have the best but he hired some quacks.
  6. People have mentioned stan a few times. Who is he or am I missing something.
  7. Only thing you bring to the table is Trump this and Trump that so what does it matter? As far as anti-American, anyone who likes what the demented old man and his party are doing to this country can't be pro American. The US was in much better shape before they took office and I know that really gets under the skin of the Trump haters. I'm taking a break and have things to do so have a good day.
  8. I'm willing to discuss anything and I'll even admit when I'm wrong. What I won't do is change something you said to try to discredit you. That's BS and childish.
  9. It looks like some of the But Trump crowd here has no abilty or knowledge to discuss things intelligently so they try to discredit people by changing a quote. Thats a dick move but not unexpected from an anti-American liberal.
  10. Kind of sounds familiar...That's most of you folks and Trump.
  11. I can be a very frustrating and disappointing part of the offseason when you see who they sign. I'm still hoping for the best.
  12. They didn't overturn the results of an election.
  13. Can you imagine what would happen if a court invaldated the election? It would be chaos and war in the streets. I don't think anybody would take that responsibility for starting that. It would be a no win situation so it was best to do nothing.
  14. Sorry about facts getting in the way of your story. Its the legal proof you wanted that you didn't bother to look for or know about. If he's a partisan hack then I would assume you think every judge thats been appointed, and there are a lot of them, are all partisan hacks.
  15. Don't worry I more than earn my pay. I took the job to work with the membership and assist them, not a political party. There were a few conservatives or Republicans that I worked with. We had fun with political crap they wanted us to do. I learned a lot about politics and the democrats in particular. They are a very power hungry group. One time at the state convention Debby Stabusnow brought a high school band with her. Anytime she got up and moved, they followed her playing. It was embarrassing to watch.
  16. https://www.detroitnews.com/story/news/politics/2021/03/15/judge-rules-secretary-state-bensons-ballot-signature-verification-guidance-invalid/4699927001/ Why don't you do some research!
  17. What changed in 2020? Voting rules were changed to accommodate Covid lockdowns . Now democrats want to change the rules so people can vote without photo ID and have mail in ballots with no controls. Their campaign motto for 2022 is "Vote Early and Vote Often." 😁
  18. Also some or even many conservative don't have a political party. I only align with the Republicans because of the two party system and they are the lesser of the two evils.
  19. Yes, Joe's comment on siding with Taiwan was interesting to say the least. Psaki had to back track on that the next day. They have to be careful letting Joe out and talking in public like this or he's going to get us into a war. I wonder if Gen. Milley had to call his Chinese pals and tell them all is good and that our President got off his leash and didn't know what he said. I've cared for relatives with dementia and Alzheimer's. Its a terrible thing. I obviously don't know if Biden has Alzheimer's but he is showing signs of moderate dementia. Anderson Cooper had to help him finish some of his sentences and guide him along last week. I figure if Reagan was able to finish his second term they will get Biden through his term. I think even the democrats prefer that as opposed to Harris taking over.
  20. There wear several poll workers that claimed signatures weren't matched. There were poll watchers that weren't allowed in counting rooms during the count. That should concern everyone. I was at the Capitol in Lansing for the Right to Work protest. Were you there? It was quite entertaining. I very happy RTW was enacted for the Michigan workers. Its the best thing that could happen for them and the only thing that protects them from corrupt unions. I have also attended county democrat party meetings and even the state convention several times. Have you been to either of those? I used to work for a union that required we attend these functions. I even got to vote. In a county meeting they are still looking for the person who wrote in Ted Nugent on one of the ballots. I confess.
  21. I can't remember who they were but a couple people on here claimed to be Republicans that voted democrat because of Trump.
  22. There was initial concern around voting machines since there was an issue in a northern Michigan county that was resolved. Nothing was done about proving the mail in ballots. I'm really trying to understand the people here. Some of you claim to be Republicans that don't like Trump but from the comments I haven't seen there's not one Republican here let alone a real conservative. I would think you would be concerned about what is happening to the country today than some businessman from Florida that has absolutely no power today to do anything.. Are you unhappy that on January 19, 2021 the USA -Didn't have a big problem on the southern border? -The Country was safer because people were not allowed in from terrorist countries? -Inflation wasn't a problem? -We didn't have supply chain issues -The President's son wasn't selling art work to anonymous people around the world. The same son who took jobs he wasn't qualified for from foreign business because his father was VP. -There weren't Americans stranded in Afghanistan? -Our enemies feared us and we didn't bow down to China, Russia, Iran, etc. - The economy was booming and unemployment for all races of people were very low until a pandemic when major areas of the country were closed down?
  23. If you really wanted to know you would do the research yourself. There were many reports of signatures not being matched on absentee mail in ballots. This is not just in some po-dunk areas with 53 voters. It was a wide spread problem. Some areas did it well and some areas didn't. That is a lot of why people question results of the election. When results are in question its a major issue. Since democrats did so well they don't have a problem with the election but if the tables were turned and Republican won like this, Nancy, Chuck, Shifty and Jerry No-Nads would have more hearings than you could count. I know ...But Trump, but Trump, but Trump.....so save it.
  24. I didn't attend any games this year but the ones I watched on TV - and I watched parts of most of them - had a lot of empty seats. Spending more money and hopefully fielding a more competitive team should fill some of those seats and offset the cost of the players. I still say completely dismantling the team and putting a AA or AAA team on the field was the dumbest thing they could do. They could've keep core players and build on those and still remain somewhat competitive. Especially when they were dumping players for anything they could get and sometimes having to pay part of the salary of the player they were trading away.
  25. Do you not want safe and secure elections? Do you think it would be alright if we allowed absentee or mail in ballots and not check for signature or use other controls to make sure the person registered to vote and is claiming to submit the ballot is the one who is actually submitted it?
