  1. Eduardo Rodriguez v. Kevin Gausman
  2. I always hated the Jays, based on the games in the 1980s. Still do, mostly.
  3. Perhaps they'll feel complacent. Or the rings will weigh down their hands and make their swings slower. Call me an armchair body language expert, but I thought everything about Wingenter said "nervous" last night. He didn't seem that way on Monday. Maybe being out there for the ninth felt different to him? I guess we probably won't see him today anyway as he's pitched two consecutive days.
  4. Witherspoon went to Tulane. Maybe he's the valet for Jake Rogers' moustache?
  5. OMG the pod made me cry today
  6. i thought ibanez was a contender for a roster spot. cesar hernandez is probably feeling pretty good
  7. I sometimes grab a pack at Meijer, usually can find single packs in the toy section or near the checkouts
  8. not to defend Shepherd, but do you blame him if he is in fact surprised
  9. My thoughts exactly. If nobody has given him an opportunity in the bigs yet, I bet there's a really good reason for that
  10. I would like to be done with the Jonathan Davis Experience
  11. Hunger striker who died in prison in Northern Ireland in 1981
  12. Matt Vierling is made of steal. I mean, that's what I heard the Tigers want him to be made of.
  13. I read once that using your off hand like stimulates brain activity, so i started using my left hand for all kinds of things leading into a licensing exam that i could not fail. i don't know if it worked, but i still brush my teeth, use keys, and sometimes eat, left-handed. it's kind of fun. i digress
  14. I wonder if Johnny's wife thinks that Savannah is more cosmopolitan than Detroit
  15. Plus Kate Beckinsale and Emily R. Whew!
  16. Let me know when the wheeled warriors show up
  17. baseball content > no baseball content
  18. i was so excited for Eric Davis. that guy could do it all when he was with the reds. I remember him playing okay for the Tigers, then dropping out because of a cancer diagnosis, and coming back a couple years later and having some good seasons with the orioles
  19. Cecil Cooper had some big years in the early 1980s. Maybe him?
  20. Skeeter Barnes. I even got a picture with him when he was manager of the Lakeland Tigers
  21. I think Avila thought he was taking the same approach in drafting all the pitchers. It just didn't work.
  22. I would like the Tigers to have signed him, tho I knew it wasn't going to happen
  23. If I recall right, I remember learning when Curtis first came up that although he was from Chicago, he was a Braves fan. So maybe that
