  1. Most of their shots were too uncontested to get fouled.
  2. One team was able to drive the lane at will and easily kick out for wide open shots that they were able to hit. The other team struggled to get in the lane and were met with hands and bodies in the passing lane making it difficult to kick out for wide open shots. Those shots missed badly when they were able to get through. Tobias can’t continue to play 36 minutes if he’s going to play defense like that. Green needs some of those minutes.
  3. Harris is one of Orlando’s biggest weapons tonight
  4. How many wide open shots is old man going to miss. He sucks at everything tonight.
  5. They are hitting everything and we’re hitting nothing and we’re only down by 4. They won’t have any answers when the defense really picks up int the 2nd half. This will be a double digit win.
  6. There will be one game this series where Desmond Bane goes crazy for 35+. There will be one game that Desmond Bane is in foul trouble and becomes a minor factor. There will be one game that Desmond Bane will do something stupid and get ejected. Pistons in 3
  7. He’s the greatest there ever has been and the greatest there ever will be. Forgot GOAT, he’s the Zeus of Con Men.
  8. Oral Hershiser says WTF, man. Fun Fact: He grew up and played Little League in Southfield until he was 12. Maybe I got a bit hyperbolic with my Soriano praise but he’s on fire. His pitch metrics are off the chart too. His Sinker is right there with Skubal’s Changeup.
  9. Jose Soriano has entered the conversation with Skenes and Skubal. Dazzles again tonight. This has got to be the best 5 game stretch for a pitcher in maybe ever. 32.2 IP 11 H 1 ER 13 BB 39 K 0.22 ERA A solo HR from Drake Baldwin is the only run he’s given up in 5 starts.
  10. Amazingly, Pirates 1B Spencer Horowitz is a perfect 10 for 10 against Tampa pitcher Nick Martinez.
  11. Illustrating what everyone has been talking about regarding how bad the bottom 6 has been. They really need to figure out how to get rid of Compher and Ras.
  12. He was a very solid ball player for a long time. Gone too soon.
  13. Vancouver would entertain just about anything to shake up their locker room. Just getting out from that contract would be a win for their new GM. I also see Columbus in a similar situation. Mathieu Olivier is exactly what this team is lacking and needs badly. Mason Marchment also fits the bill very well.
  14. Such a dumb, shortsighted move by an organization that doesn’t get it. Everyone knows it takes a GM at least 10 years to build something.
  15. I wasn’t trying to be clever by not mentioning him by name. I thought it was very obvious. It’s Ohtani. Mike Trout could maybe be thought of in some regard 9 or 10 years ago. Even his prime is nowhere close to the total package that we are seeing from Ohtani. To pivot back to Trout, what a crazy first 3 weeks to start the year. On fire for the first week, a hitless strikeout machine in week two, then even hotter than he started in week 3. I’m excited to find out what happens with him next week.
  16. I’m not sure it gets enough attention that we are witnessing the greatest baseball player of all-time. Truly remarkable.
  17. Is there a reason they didn’t bring up Cossa to play one of the last two games?
  18. The self-own never ends.
  19. I was a fan of the concept of LIV. It served its purpose to force the PGA to make necessary changes and more importantly for Jay Monahan to leave his job as Emperor. I never caught on to the actual golf. I watched a bit but it was terrible. All of their amazing ideas like team scoring and shotgun starts were crap and made the product much worse. Wont be sad to see it go. Side note: How are they going to get anyone to play this week in Mexico knowing they probably aren’t getting paid.
  20. Making the assumption that it’s not so much for the golf but the access to the course right before Masters week with about 1/10th of the people.
  21. Now that Buffalo is good it seems pre-ordained that Kane will finish his career with his hometown team. As much as I am disappointed in Copp, he does have value in the faceoff circle and on PK. He should center a 3rd line.
  22. Early polling shows a pretty close race in the general. Take that for whatever it’s worth (not much). We are all free to vote for whoever we would like and for whatever reason that we like. For me personally, policy and political issues have absolutely no bearing on my decision in this cycle. I will be voting and strongly supporting whichever candidate is more likely to ensure an outcome that Rogers and the GOP lose. I don’t think it will be the case but who knows, that may end up being Adbul El-Sayed.
  23. It’s going to be a very close race. I question whether he can connect with enough of the voters in the middle that can be swayed. It may not be right and it may not be fair but his name is Abdul El-Sayed. That’s something that he’s going to have to get over in this state. History also tells us what happens when candidates count on the college and young voters in midterms. They don’t show up as much as in Presidential cycles. That’s a real issue for Abdul in tight race. I also fear that Trump will use ICE as a weapon in Dearborn and that will also have an impact on voter turnout. Those numbers will trend lower for any Democrat candidate so if Abdul is counting on Dearborn coming in huge that may have an impact.
