In addition to the shooting and secondary scoring issues, there’s also one at backup PG. We have nobody that can distribute and get looks for their teammates. -

Ivey traded to Chicago for Kevin Huerter and Dario Saric

Hmm. Maybe there is a 4th part to this deal that will make it all make sense. The Bulls still want to part with Ayo and White. Please be Brooklyn or New Orleans!!! -
This decision is so nonsensically stupid and wrong that it should be in the Political forum. Jan 25th National Championship. FOH

Ivey traded to Chicago for Kevin Huerter and Dario Saric

I actually like this move if they end up trading Huerter again before the deadline in another deal. Hopefully the expiring contract has some value in it as part of a package for a larger prize. If they plan on keeping Huerter othen I’m not a fan of the deal. -
Probably am underestimating Edvinsson’s ceiling a bit. I don’t think the contract is that big of a deal since absolute worst case he helps you for two years of a serious cup run. I also believe they would be able to sign him. Nobody has any idea what the brothers intentions are but I can tell you that if NJ miss the playoffs this year and next, there may be no Hughes brothers still on the team for Quinn to want to play with. I’m not going to keep beating a dead horse. It is what it is. I’ll move on from the Hughes vs. Simon debate.
-
Never ever said that. Edvinsson is really good now and going to be great. I think Stevie made a mistake valuing him over Hughes who is a generational defenseman (and much, much better defender than you give him credit).
-
Hughes had 3A including both 3rd period game tying goal and OT winner. That’s his 5th 3 apple game in just 25 with the Wild. He also became the 3rd fastest D in history to hit 400 trailing only Orr and Coffey.

Yellow Ledbetter for me.

Herro is a Wisconsin native. They may try to keep him around as a centerpiece to try and fleece the fans into believing there’s a reason to show up at games.

I agree completely and hope that I’m proven wrong. I’m tired of all the GM’s in town afraid to make a big deadline move because they overvalue their current roster.

What if they want Edvinssson?

I like Vit. Don’t think he’s a star but guy can shoot the lights out. He needs more minutes which he wasn’t getting the ATL.

I defer to you when it comes to the complexities of NBA economics. I guess I’m confused why Toby appears to be included in most of these proposed deals that are out there. The organization have a semi-irrational love for what he means to the team outside the lines. I don’t see them trading him in their current top position for risk of screwing up team chemistry. I’d do Caris, Ivey and picks for TM3 all day. Hopefully, JB doesn’t have an equal voice in room because there’s no way he’s parting with his favorite player of all time.

I don’t see any world where they trade Tobias. This organization values his leadership maybe more than what he does on court. They won’t risk the need to get better at the risk of throwing off chemistry. There aren’t any big moves made without moving him and that contract. MPJ, JJJ, TM3, Giannis, or anyone close to that level is going to happen.

It’s not really for sale as much as it’s how much will Bezos pay for it. Not sure how that will work since Amazon is an NFL media partner.

So who now becomes the worst GM in the league. -
Sewell and ASB can also be easily restructured. The contracts were most likely set up that way just for this purpose. That’s another $36M. Alim and Reed can also be restructured but I’m not sure they should want to extend either player any longer at this point.

Why would a troll ever do that? He’s not here to debate. He’s here to get his maga rocks off by owning the left. I know it’s pathetic behavior but nothing you say will ever change him. In fact, the more we engage, the bigger Shrek’s boner gets.
-
Cap Hell is out there but it can be pushed back 3 or 4 year and possibly avoided all together by using planned restructuring and getting lucky with the cap increasing faster than player salaries.
-
I think it could work if they release Decker and then draft a RT early that can start. The money saved on Decker combined with paying the rookie scale and they can probably mitigate adding $5-7 million over the next 4 years of Linderbum.

I can hardly wait for some idiot to post today’s Mario Nawful tweet on how kicking a car in grounds for justified murder a week later.

The last few Daniss games have been awful. His shot looks disgusting. Fred Vinson needs to start earning that money.
