I’m not loving of any of these QB’s at the top. I like Stroud better than Levis and Young but would probably pass on all 3. Anderson or Carter for the defense would be great with the Rams pick. Maybe even trade back to between 7-10 with a team wanting a QB and take CB Ringo with that pick. Definitely see them taking a corner somewhere in the first. The challenge with all of this is they will need a QB soon. Goff can hold it for a year more but they need a future QB and I don’t know where that comes from. I don’t see us picking this high again and so maybe it might be the best to take one here. As much as I am not excited by these guys, I am reminded at how much I liked Sam Darnold and hated Justin Herbert.

Week Thirteen: Jacksonville Jaguars (4-7) @ Detroit Lions (4-7)

Marv and Agnew scored big 4th quarter TDs in their week last week against Baltimore. -
Think this may be a good spot for one of the UM assistants. Mike Hart, Jay Harbaugh, or Sherrone Moore?
-
Their numbers are way off. Here are the real chances to make the playoff: 1) Georgia - 100% 2) Michigan - 100% 3) TCU - 100% 4) USC - 62.1% (current percent odds they beat Utah) 5) Ohio St. - 37.9%

When I said they were making up ground with Moore that meant digging deeper into the Mat Ishbia money bag.

Bengals WR Coach and Stanford legend Troy Walters would fit the bill better than Sherman. Although I am in favor of appointing a consortium from the business and engineering schools to run the program.

Oregon OC Kenny Dillingham is taking the job at ASU. The top player in the state, Detroit King QB Donte Moore, has been a longtime Duck commit. There had been rumblings recently that MSU was making up ground in turning him. This will be interesting to watch as State desperately needs him.

The lack of ice hurt them badly today. -
He will have his choice of TV gigs if he wants as well.

I think this is right. After all of the speculation on how crazy things could turn out, in the end it really is simple. USC beats Utah and they are the 4th. If not, OSU backs in over Alabama.
-
Loss by 1 at #14 on a last minute TD & conversion vs. losing by 22 at home to the #3 team. Never said the same but I thought close enough not to nitpick.
-
Comes down to the Apple Cup tonight. Favored UW wins and Utah goes. Wazzu pulls the upset and Oregon stilll goes.
-
USC and LSU have very tough roads. Neither are likely to make it. Odds would still seem to favor OSU making it in at 4.
-
Yes - USC would be Pac12 champ with 3 consecutive ranked wins to end the year. Their wins would be better than the Bucks and the loses would be similar.

USC/Notre Dame - The greatest intersectional rivalry in the land has meaning again. Ohio St. getting blown out at home opens the door for USC. Caleb Williams has the Heisman for the taking too. I think its going to be a tight one that goes down to the end.

This won’t work. Rhule is the next Bobby Petrino. I predict he’s coaching at Missouri St. in 5 years.
-
I thought Brett Hundley, Sam Darnold, and Kyle Boller were can’t miss NFL QB’s and Justin Herbert was a total waste of a draft pick.

Pro scouts assessment of QB accuracy goes way, way deeper than just completion percentage.

We’ve talked a lot about Michigan’s schedule masking how good they really are. The same is true for the Bucks. This is not a typical physical Ohio St. OL. They’ve been pushed around in long stretches against some bad teams. Michigan can dominate these guys. I’d pick UM if Corum and Edwards were healthy. Interested in how JJ does if he has to be the man. He has been good this year but not quite the star level that was expected. Will today be the day where he puts it together and makes people go wow for a full game instead of just a couple plays here and there. Corum looks 85% or better: UM 38 OSU 35 Corum limited: OSU 45 UM 23

First two good games I’m interested in later today. Want to see if France can buzzsaw through a disciplined Denmark side and can El Tri step up and send Argentina home after 2 games. Yes and hell no are my predictions.
