My favorite comments came from Hinch between 7:00 to 7:40. He's talking about improvements this year and wraps it up by saying players will be going into next year with a completely different mind set.
Now everyone is on the same page. They have bought into the program. They have seen the improvements and can continue to build on that experience. I think everyone saw how a switch was flipped after April for this team. Now the switch will remain on going into 2022 and that's pretty exciting to me.
I think will see a big difference from spring of 2021 to spring of 2022. Hinch talks a lot about winning the day and using pressure on himself, on his team and on the opponent. There's always room for improvement from everyone in the organization.
