I can't believe people are even mentioning Clase for Cy Young. He has a 192 BABIP. He's not even the best pitcher on his own team. Skubal's FIP is 5 points higher than his ERA and he has a chance at the triple crown. Luck vs performance.

I will accept it but I'm just trying to be nice. -
It would be roughly 5 more wins but it's not exact because of the randomness in baseball. That's what WAR is trying to estimate though, wins above replacement. A replacement level team would be expected to win 48 games so usually you need your players to total 40 to 50 WAR to get into the playoffs.
