not good for us. good for the canucks to get off that deal long term, but short term that will help the rangers. lord knows the nhl will make it easy for them to rebuild by giving them top draft picks. not sure the canucks thought aboout that before making this trade.

Michigan Football 2024 aka The Year Michigan has to Defend a Natty

that continues to be the biggest, most ridiculous thing. its dumb. everyone does it, but he figured out a way to do it better and then everyone flips out. the ncaa has to prove its still relevant so they'll do something. like tattoo-gate that was equally as stupid and never should have been a big deal. -
shootout win! that's a massive win. on the road against one of the best teams in the league.

beautiful set up by raymond but debrincat just missed it.

i'd love to see caitlan clark play in an nba game just to watch her get completely embarassed.

what a pass by kasper and larkin buries it. 2-2

i'm not a huge lamelo ball fan, but im not sure why charlotte would trade him. he's pretty much all they have.

the lions "dont draft for need" and yet took two cornerbacks last year. the lions draft for "need" just like everyone else when youre standing on the edge of a championship. "bpa" is such a nebulous concept. there are plenty of players right around the same spot in the draft with similar rankings. if one of them happens to fit an oeganizational need, then you take em. lions traded up for a cb last year. i wouldnt be surprised if they trade up for a pass rusher this year if one starts to fall. like mike green.

indiana talks a lot of smack for a middle of the road team. if you want to shut them up, beat them. if not, you just gotta take it.

well deserved

hopefully they had a land ackowledgement so every canadian can feel apropriately guilty before getting drunk and watching hockey.

just keep the coyotes nickname

the pre draft consensus from the internet seema to have him in round 2. compared to desmond ridder. ridder was also a 3rd round pick, was a below average starter, and then was traded for slot receiver rondale moore.

boo

they better end up picking 5th.

dont fall in love with a player in a contract year. think of the big picture. two first round picks next year might be enough to trade for a second star.

coby white has been hurt a lot lately. he's actually been less available than lonzo of late.

he also gave them a chance. kasper was relegated to 3rd/4th line duty under lalonde.

i wouldnt be surprised if sanders falls to the raiders. ive seen a lot of mocks with that happening. but then again, qbs always get overdrafted so maybe not.

trey lance was traded for a 4th round pick. kenny pickett plus a 4th round pick was traded for a third round pick and a pair of 7th rounders. those were both former first round picks who failed. both are also younger than hooker, trey lance is much younger. not sure hooker would net more than either of those guys. is it worth giving up on him for a 6th round pick or a chance to exchange a 5th to move up into the 4th? not sure. we dont see him in practice every day. i'd rather just ride with hooker and see if he pans out as a decent backup.

it doesnt matter what program he plays at, he's still going to be a top pick in the nfl draft. the young man should make as much money as he can now. if that's a raise from ohio state or a raise from usc or a raise from alabama, he should take it.

lonzo with 16 tonight so far. 4/7 from 3 as chicago is about to close out denver.

shows how far off detroit is from the elite.

i worry about lonzo's shot, but he handle the ball, is a willing passer, and plays defense. and he's a free agent after this year. lavine would be the play if they were "going for it" this year, but lonzo would be a nice play that would allow them to build on ivey next year (which lavine would not) and would help them with a lot of their deficiencies this year (secondary ball handler for cade, willing passer) and build on their young players' strengths and potential identity (defense). i like lonzo to the pistons for some second round fodder.
