i dont mind the lions rewarding their own. they did it with anzalone and i thought it was dumb, but it worked out. barnes has improved every year so far so they think that will continue. it probably could have been a little lower with a little less guaranteed money, but its not outrageous.

what would you give up for rantanan and what would you re-sign him to? danielson, compher, augustine and a first? multiple firsts? 7x14? i dont think either will happen, btw. and i think they need a defenseman more than a forward (although they could use talent everywhere).

i feel bad for mazur and his injury hurts the team doubly because it not only stunts his growth some more, but it means more ice time for tarasenko.

utah has 15 shots and 4 goals and i dont think i would put any of those on lyon. its all defensive mistakes from the defense and the forwards.

they dpnt have the space to sign hendrickson to the huge deal he wants. unless you want to be the chargers in two years and have to cut a bunch of guys to get under the cap. or be the saints and be in cap hell forever and have zero depth because of it. let brad cook in the draft. sign a reasonably priced end on the other side. hendrickson is too pricey.
