  1. wait until all the ridiculous contracts are signed and then get some bargains. sign youth, not aged nfl vets. i'd be fine letting decker and reader both walk. too old. anzalone was right on the cusp of decline. he'll be fine this year and likely injured/bad after that. its the way of the nfl. a hard sport with short shelf lives.
  2. they did it because theyre the falcons. theyre a bad organization. signing a guy who is one tap on the head from being out of the league, and who isnt that good even when/if he's healthy.
  3. we have a qb whose strength is smarts, timing and accuracy, why the hell would we sign someone who is dumb, slow, and inaccurate? because he runs a 4.3 40? fields will be too expensive for the lions. they usually do a cheap alternative at backup qb. but ya never know.
  4. you get a point! you get a point! everyone gets a point!
  5. well, its just pre-season. the tigers shouldnt be too concerned...
  6. he's been good so far. keep him here.
  7. or we could package our 4th, 5th, and next year's 3rd and 4th to move up in round 3 to take that fullback from middle tennessee state a&m...
  8. im not little brother? michigan had "100s" of free throws? complaining about may starting in on fears being a dirty player while nobody looks at what michigan players do or say? tom was at his best this week and especially after the game. you know who acts like a little baby bitch after losing? A little brother.
  9. if minnesota finishes with a better record than detroit, what happens to that pick swap?
  10. were cursed. were also just not good enough. everyone else in the division seems to never lose.
  11. so where was our max player duren with cade out if the lineup?
  12. you really are crazy. why would you want him?
  13. welp, were boned. another year, another march collapse.
  14. so daniss jenkins' deal next year isnt guaranteed....right?
  15. focusing on the failures on the 2024 draft just shows how otherwordly good holmes' previous drafts were. you got multiple potential hall of fame players in three draft classes. that's almost unheard of. we all knew this day would come, when those players became expensive and/or injured. branch isnt likely to come back. who knows about kirby. we spent quite a bit to retain jamo, that might come to be a regrettable decision.
  16. This team is still so soft. i can see why they brought back perron. even if he's hurt, thr guy just plays hard and mean. instead they have ras, and compher, and elmer (before they dealt him), and aljo, and raymond, and debrincat, and kane. not many with any kind of toughness. larkin, chairot maybe? copp on occasion. who mixes it up? who is hard to play against? i havent seen seider delivering big reverse hits in a few years now. raymond and debrincat are small. where's the toughness? please call up mbn and send rasmussen somewhere else.
  17. they lose the game and larkin. game over.
  18. i dont see how they can afford him now.
  19. Crosby to the ravens for two first round picks, so now you all dont have to worry about the lions making such a crazy move.
