  1. sean mcvay must be laughing his ass off.
  2. aaron glenn has been a miracle worker with this defense.
  3. wide. fucking. open.
  4. i'm not an overreaction kind of guy, but is it time to get david blough warmed up? goff looks so bad. not that blough is any good, but sheesh.
  5. the last two third and longs the lions rushed 3 and got an interception and then a 4 yard pass well short of first down yardage. rushing three is not the problem.
  6. lions rush three and force a 4 yard completion well short of the sticks.
  7. they just rushed three and got an interception.
  8. if michigan wins 10 games this year it will be a MASSIVE success.
  9. and then there was one...
  10. nebraska outgained msu by over 200 yards. they only won because nebraska shanked a punt. otoh, rutgers dominated michigan in the second half.
  11. rasmussen had a nice screen on zadina's goal. he's still way too passive for a guy his size. doesnt mix it up. doesnt throw his weight around nearly enough. he's developing into a big slow plugger who will be ok in front of the net and on special teams, but nothing special. in the end, better than nothing, but you want better from #9 in the draft.
  12. and he needs to learn to play the transfer portal. but that might be more of the administration's fault and michigan thinking it has admissions standards for football players (which cost them xavier worthy). you would think a school like michigan would make it easy for the players to make nil money, but NOOOOOOO, not michigan. idiots.
  13. i think harbaugh isnt the sharpest tool in the shed, and he loses attention after a while. after about 3 or 4 years he needs to move on. he was really good for the first three or four years at michigan and then he stopped being the super recruiter he was early on. got set in his ways with guys who couldnt recruit the way they needed (looking at you, don brown). last year must have woken him up because he finally got a bunch of young dudes. we'll see if it pays off. theyre going to need a big finish in the season to get anything special out of this year's class.
  14. oklahoma will get in and get beat by 50.
  15. in the first period tonight, the penguins had 4 goals and the blackhawks had 3 shots. hope paying all that money to seth jones was worth it to miss the playoffs.
  16. gary's been a lot better since the middle of last season. devin bush is really good, he's just been hurt. peppers has actually played well in new york. kwity paye has been good for indy too.
  17. "talking to nfl analysts?" you got troy aikman on speed dial, bro? good to know. lol.
  18. and the ranks of the overrated unbeatens is trimmed again. michigan-michigan state in two weeks will result in the next unbeaten fraud to lose. neither michigan or michigan state is a serious contender. and lets be honest, its georgia, ohio state and bama this year. clemson sucks (haha, poor dabo, all that money spent and they couldnt buy a decent offensive lineman?). oklahoma isnt any good. penn state, michigan, michigan state, and iowa are all frauds. cincinnati cant hang with the big three this year. yes bama lost, but that was a tough game and this isnt a vintage bama line. still, its enough to beat most every team out there.
  19. i dont have to go back that far. dont get mad at me because iowa lost today...
  20. can he be any worse than gagne, smith, or rowley? i guess smith is "muscle"?
  21. zadina with the nice one timer on the pp. the power play looks so much better than last year. and mick with the shawn burr reference for good measure.
  22. canucks dominate the game but the wings get a snatch and grab goal on a nice redirect by fabbri.
  23. nice to hear "oh canada" again.
  24. right, but you sound protectionist, just like trump. its ok, you can admit you and donald dont disagree on everything. the "facts" on nafta and all trade agreements show winners and losers. american consumers benefitted greatly, american manual laborers did not.
  25. yes, the market is overvalued now! and if you start taxing it at the higher rates youre talking about investment will move elsewhere. if you want to stop corporations from borrowing money at 0% interest and then using it to increase their stock price, you should stop loaning out money at 0% interest. and if you think corporations will suddenly have an epiphany that "gosh, this form of investment that did nothing but make us oodles of money now makes us less, gosh i guess we'll make long term capital investments in our companies that may or may not pay off decades from now instead" you havent spent a lot of time in a modern corporation.
