He's developed into a useful NHL player, playing seemingly hard minutes and PK2 time. He's actually been especially good on the PK this year too I think. I think he fits the mold of the Comphers and Copps of the world that won't wow you with a ton of skill but are hard to play against. Plus his crazy eyes are hilarious. So this seems like a fair deal.

Spoilers from the first few episodes: It is nuts to me that they didn't give the new pilots/crew a heads up on how insane it was going to be on their missions. I guess you don't want people going in scared but damn that is crazy to me.

Really enjoying Masters of the Air, agree it isn't as good as band of brothers but it still has that same sort of feel. I think I like it better than the Pacific so far. Crazy to see what the bombers' missions were like.

Ya I think it was a win for both sides. Hronek is getting more time in Vancouver with better players and playing well. Wings don't have to give him a big contract and got ASP for the future. Hronek is shouldering the load a lot more than I thought he would I will say. I agreed with not handing him a big contract with Seider needing one soon too, maybe some other young guys in the future too.
