Assuming WSJ is the same way it was a few years ago, I would say that the editorial pages are the same as Fox News, but the news pages are nothing like Fox News. They are conservative (as you'd expect from that kind of paper), but informative and fair.

I've had a nerve problem in my lower leg for two years, It was originally believed to be sciatica, but an MRI revealed it's not my back. They've also ruled out all the serious known nerve issues like Parkinsons and MS. My theory is the nerve gets pinched either at my knee or foot and I get flareups.
