In his post game presser, Campbell said that he hoped Green Bay won today so that they could have a bigger game next week. I think if you’re faced with a single game you need to win, Campbell is the perfect coach. May not be able to do that same thing a number of games in a row but you give him one game, he’ll get 1000% effort out of his players for that one game. -
It’s possible the Seahawks/Rams game gets flexed to a Saturday game.

I wonder how much of the putrid performances by both teams can be attributed to taking a month off before this game.

It’s hard to really force a player to play. That rule might stop them from posting “I’m going to X” and getting a head start on work with X (which would probably be helpful in another way), but I don’t think they would be any more likely to play for Y in the bowl game. It would just be a badly kept secret that they were opting out with an intent to transfer.

It’s hard to be disappointed with a 13-1 season. I wonder if this - and an NIL chunk of change - incentivizes Corum to run it back. They win this game with him in the backfield.

I’ve got a hard time pinning a loss where you give up 51 points and 4 turnovers (2 pick sixes) on referees botching a spot by a half yard or not throwing a penalty flag.
