Cute. Dude died of a heart attack. Is there any legitimate information that confirms his death was related to Covid or Ivermectin? Or....was dude unhealthy and all of this is unrelated? 50 year old dude in poor health dying of a heart attack is unfortunate but not uncommon.

Something that brought a smile to my face today: I learned the phrase "show your ass" that southerners use when someone is acting foolish.

To be fair, it was Mike Mussina pitching.

Watched this this morning and listening to these guys talk about gear got me interested in checking them out. Man, they scratch a Black Crowes itch in the best way. I'm in a deep dive now.

A bipartisan group of 12 U.S. senators on Thursday reintroduced legislation that would make daylight saving time permanent, nearly a year after the Senate voted unanimously to end clock switching. The Senate in March 2022 voted to end the twice-annual changing of clocks in the United States in a move promoted by supporters advocating brighter afternoons and more economic activity. But the bill failed to get a vote last year in the U.S. House of Representatives because lawmakers could not agree on whether to keep standard time or permanent daylight saving time, said Representative Frank Pallone. The impending death of Bally Sports
Biff Mayhem replied to Motor City Sonics's topic in Detroit Tigers
I am in the minority but I didn't mind Hawk too much. He announced for a team of black sheep who were the fourth favorite sports franchise in Chicagoland and created a common bond with the fans by being that totally devoted homer. It was fan inclusive because it was "we" and "the good guys". He did a great job with that. Plus he was complimentary of players from other teams more often than he got credit for. ETA: it did take me awhile to warm up to this idea but I finally was able to appreciate what he brought and eventually learned to love Ozzie and AJ Pierzynski. -

I forgive everything that might be wrong with that movie just because without that we don't get to see the quarter scene.

Linda Kasabian passed away on Tuesday. Three of the six main people involved in the Tate/LaBianca murders have achieved room temperature. Tex, Pat Krenwinkle and Leslie VanHouten are still breathing.

One of our cats loves laying all stretched out wherever she happens to be. She also likes being cradled like a baby and is content to just be carried around like that so she can see everything we’re doing. First pic is from when she was about six weeks old. She’s now 4 or 5.

I'm just here starting my daylight savings ire a week and a half early. The sunshine act passed the senate a year ago and it's still waiting on the house. Morons. And not the good kind of morons.

I like baseball because I can multitask while watching and especially while listening on the radio. That said, I don't think limiting pitch times etc will increase viewership amongst the generations after us. The attention span of the average Gen Z person is not optimized for baseball. The one positive about it is that the Nomahs of the world, who have their ticks between every at bat, are going to have to speed it up and that's a good thing.

I forgot to add one: Vitamin D? HA!! No way! 🙂 Anyway, normally, no I don't go espousing my thoughts from the rooftops anymore but this is a situation where it is obvious that the lies originated from a money source. Insert the media, sponsored by Big Pharma, who promoted the lies/cover up and suckered over half the country. I'm not dismissing the disease, I'm just sneering in the general direction of the bony hands still clutching onto every last thread of fear which is obviously still prominent in this online community. Congratulations you guys...you were successfully conditioned.
