I recently bought a safety razor and found out that watching instructional videos on youtube is not only helpful, it is necessary. I started using it like I would the other razors I've been using my whole life and there was quite a bit of blood. My piece of advice is that these razors are great but you need to edumacate yourself on how to use them properly so you get your best and most inexpensive shave ever.

I have been there. I have been sick three times already in 2022 and each time I thought "well hopefully I can just get this over with". For the first two I took home tests and they were both negative. I skipped it for the last one because I was on vacation and we didn't go anywhere or interact with anyone. I visited the hospital yesterday and took a covid test and was negative. I should have asked for an antibody test.

How is wearing a cloth mask on an airplane helping as much as possible? Serious question. “Once kids can be vaccinated then maybe I will ease up.” Not trying to dog you, but this proves what I wrote above. A few posts ago in response to Buddha this was a hard line. Now it’s a “maybe”.

A vaccinated 4 year old can still get and transmit Covid. Heck any vaccinated adult can get and transmit Covid. This will never end for you because you’ve fully bought in. I’m not saying that to be insulting. I’m saying that because you’ve already set yourself up with an untrainable expectation which, if the vaccination is available for all, will you really then say “ok I’m done” or will it be 100% vaccinated at that point? Be honest. it’s with us forever and an immunocompromised person knows this and will have to make a choice about interacting with the four year old Given the air filtration on an airplane, if the four year old becomes a spreader, it’s more likely or happened away from the air travel

If worn correctly, a cloth mask is mildly effective but let's be real here for just a second: how many people on a plance are wearing them correctly? Optimistically three. Pragmatically none. They're off for meals and drinking. They're constantly being adjusted which will cause the hands (the germ petri dish) to constantly be near the eyes. It's silly and a charade on planes at this point, which, btw, have the best filtration system currently available. Again, you are always welcome to wear yours. No one is stopping you just like no one is stopping you from driving to your destination instead either.

But you can always just wear yours if you really think they work so sounds like you might be the crybaby.

I don’t shave my head so I can’t offer advice there. I’ve used DSC and Harry’s. DSC was good and then quality started to decline. Harry’s always ended up nicking me so I dropped them quick. Im going to go back to the old fashioned safety razor when I exhaust my current blades.

Before you pull the trigger, I'll be happy to assist. There are some that you'll want to avoid etc.
