You mean to tell me deporting 40% of our farm and agriculture workforce, mixed in with blanket tariffs on three of our largest trade partners (Canada, China, Mexico) aren't going to lower the cost of gas, groceries and everyday items? You don't say.
I haven't found an update though saying they expect to have him in the lineup or that he's even practicing with the team. Pride of Detroit just said he was off the injury report, but nothing more. It would be nice to get more depth back on defense.
This. We are a country of oligarchs and plutocrats. The income and wealth inequality in this country is staggering and sickening. It's not immigrants or trans people or blacks ruining this country, it's the ultra wealthy. It's the fact that they are hoarding resources and wealth that could be spread around to help the most amount of people possible.
For a political party that spent YEARS pitching a fit about unelected, unappointed Czars in the Obama Administration, they have no problem with Czar Musk and Czar Ramaswamey being unelected and unappointed heads of an organization that Congress didn't authorize.
Every Democrat I know has been very supportive of a National Popular Vote. In-fact, its largely Democratic-leaning activists who have been behind the National Popular Vote movement.
I hate the Chiefs. Never have I seen a luckier team than them. Their luck is seemingly endless. Tonight, they get a Harrison Butker FG doink off the crossbar and it goes the right direction and is good. Every other team would have missed that kick and it would have doinked out.

Cutting waste and unnecessary weapons systems at the Pentagon is where to start with government cuts. They've failed their 7th audit in a row.
Bernie Sanders proposed an amendment making a 10% reduction to the Pentagon's budget. A handful of Democratic Senators supported it. I think Rand Paul was the only Republican to do so.
If Elon Musk is serious about cutting wasteful spending, he can start with the Pentagon.
I've admittedly not watched many non-Wings games this season. Can someone explain to me how the Capitals are now a first place team after being on a clear decline the past couple of seasons. Did they have a great offseason that I missed out on? I know that they added Chychrun and Roy in the offseason, but is that enough to catapult them into being the best team in the East and third best team overall in the NHL?
We'd all be hollering if we didn't convert. I think you take the points and trust your defense enough to stop a team that had no timeouts left. Whatever, we won and that's freaking awesome.
