I think that is a viable concern. I like the fact that he can cover in space and is a tackling machine. When's the last time the Lions had a LB who could cover anyone?
Kittle a 5th rounder, Kelce a 3rd rounder, ugh. I know we've beaten to death the debate of Hockenson versus one of Burns/Bush/Oliver/Sweat. But Burns and Hutch together on the dline would be sick.
Why do the Packers refuse to draft a WR for Aaron Rodgers? I just don't get it. They have no WR worth a damn as a #1 or #2 and have a HOF QB with no one to throw to. I'm sorry, everyone considers GB one of the premiere franchises, but they suck at drafting the past decade or so.
I think the Lions and Giants have had the best 1st round drafts on paper thus far. I trust that Brad Holmes and company did a ton of research on Jameson Williams' medical charts and know that he'll make a full recovery from the ACL injury.
OMG!!! They picked Pickett. Well, either way, that means Pickett will be a Hall of Famer now. some franchises are favored by the football Gods and some aren't. Pickett wins at least what, one, possibly two, maybe three Super Bowls?
I'm really tempted. But what assets do we have to move up now? Next years 1st from the Rams and the pick at #46 that we got from the Vikings? Could that get it done?
