  2. I think he is successful because he drafts players he thinks are good. I also think having more picks in a round but not being able to draft the guys you like because those picks are later in the round than you can get that player is not very useful. If you only have a couple of guys you actually like but are 30 picks away then that pick is likely to be wasted. And in next year's 3rd round who knows if they will have someone they like as much as TeSlaa. What they do know is that they liked TeSlaa and he was available, so they went and got him. I respect the strategy as long as the guys making the picks are actually good at identifying talent.
