I think they still have the late Sunday starts because everyone thought the Peacock deal(11:30 AM games) would be renewed...Peacock and mlb never came to terms.
I wonder if they will change them back.
The offense is going to pivot on the young hitters development. Right now, all of them are popping up or grounding out. So we just need to see a few get going.
As it stands now, Greene and Tork are unproven over the long term.
You're going to have to play Carpenter against lefties in a full game. I don't quite get the two catchers in a game thing. I'd much rather have Carpy DH in this scenario.
The Mets have maneuvered the game well enough that a pinch hitting chance hasn't come up.

The free agent class is terrible. But there should be opportunity to find a team that wants to cut payroll and take a big contract off their hands to fill in offensive gaps.
