    31 runs in 11 games(13th in the AL). 14th in the AL in slugging coming into the game. Today - 1 double and 6 singles. That about sums it up.

    Smart to pull Alexander at 42 pitches. Make this a bullpen day and you can use him as early as Saturday(Manning's spot). Unless of course he is injured.

    Even if Mize doesn't end up with the worst case scenario, we won't see him for at least a month...probably much longer.

    23% called strikes and whiffs. 4 whiffs on 75 pitches. I'm not absolving Candy...bad play. But the ball is in play a lot.

    Greene was ready to explode on the scene. Losing him for two months just sucks.

    I think they are still a year away. I feel like this season will tell us the most about the young starters(Skubal, Mize, Manning) and their development curve. The rest of the team should be decent.

    The Tigers will appear on 3 Peacock exclusive games. And if you were wondering why they changed Sunday game times to 1:40 in May,Peacock has the exclusive national window until then.

    If this is correct(via Cody S), the only passable LH starter in the rest of the AL Central is Keuchel.

    Conforto declined the qualifying offer so the Mets get a draft pick. They moved the draft to July 17th so the draft pick compensation doesn't go away until then. He also has a shoulder injury and Boras is his agent.
