  1. And there it is. Right on cue
  2. Obligatory Fields turnover on its way
  3. F***ing Chicago
  4. Has the paint dried yet
  5. Lol. Yeah I know what you mean
  6. I'd say no, you can't pass on a generational QB. The other consideration with Fields is his rookie contract is expiring and his 5th year option is on the table. They'll likely have to sign him to a big contract long term if they want to keep him. I wouldn't do it. If I were the Bears I'd rather grab what will likely be a far better QB, save cap dollars, and trade Fields for extra draft capital
  7. I think last year’s team down the stretch was a better Lions team than this one
  8. Lions favored. Again. I liked this team better when they played with a chip on their shoulder, felt disrespected, and were picked to lose. Seems like the greater the media attention and higher the ranking, the worse they play
  9. I actually have more confidence in the Lions on the road than at home
  10. I'd love to see that. Like you said, the defense is already vulnerable to explosive plays even when they drop 7. What would be the argument against frequent blitzing? The other team completing a pass they'd complete anyway? Glenn needs to draw up something to make the QB's life hell in these games
  11. I’ll say one thing about the Cowboys lately compared to the Lions. When they play an inferior team they’re supposed to beat, they do what they're expected to do and deliver convincingly. They don't just win, they crush
  12. Yeah that too. But if you could distill it down to a single turning point, that 4th down decision was it. They never recovered from it. I love Campbell's aggressiveness, and I don't want him to change. But this was a time when he needed to put the game in greater context, and recognize the degree of harm it could've meant had it failed. Risk management in that moment was horrid
  13. What an absolutely crushing loss. Lions had everything set up for them to win big today. Playing a losing team with multiple starters out, at home, national TV, Packers not that great offensively or defensively... couldn't have asked for a bigger cupcake
  14. Just another Thanksgiving day embarrassment. The entire country is watching your Lions today
  15. I wonder how many Packers will have "career days" today
  16. As badly as they've played so far, they were still in it. That decision might possibly cost them the game
  17. That TD was 100% on Campbell. He put his team in a bad spot
  18. That was a nervous 2-point call. I'll have to say though, I've been so sick of coaches like Caldwell and Patricia playing "not to lose". Campbell plays to win
  19. That has to be the worst call I've seen in at least decade
  20. Stacking Jameson and Sun God is working beautifully today
  21. He's honestly been the difference today. Corsdal is gettting mauled. Again. Just like last week. And Goff has been running for his life all game. It's a totally different OL with Jackson in there
