What I love is the Republicans are like, "We'll bring back manufacturing jobs!", "We'll build new factories to create jobs!" How long does it take to build a factory? Also where are the materials going to come from? America evolved to get away from manufacturing jobs to pay employee's higher wages in the tech industry. People always point to China because they "make things". They also have a communist political party where the bottom social class barely makes any money with not a lot of options to move up....... I wish people would think about this. I'd love to talk to a Republican that thinks this is good......

I think this is a great post. I just hope Brad doesn't "Miss" in the upcoming draft. To hit at the rate he has is literally unbelievable. At some point he's going to make a mistake. I just hope it's at least a 4th rounder or beyond when the "miss" happens. Holmes is a great GM. I trust him and his scouts. Very impressed.

I'd be happy to have him back, opposite of Hutch. At least a rotational guy.

Didn't we overpay for Manu? (I guess that's still a wait an see). I just am starting to worry. Brad has nailed the last three drafts. We only have essentially wasted three or four picks of guys who aren't on our team anymore..... That is beyond statistical outlier.... Most teams are happy to get two or three solid players, let alone six or seven each draft. At some point Brad's going to miss. That's my biggest fear if he trades up for "one guy" and he misses. I remember in my keeper stratomatic fantasy baseball I drafted Brandon Wood (a sure fire 3B from the Angels who couldn't miss). Well, you probably never heard of him. We've struck out a lot in previous administrations of our team. Hopefully Brad can keep drafting savy. I just hope he doesn't put all his eggs in one basket and "misses". I like his track record, but eventually everyone has a miss...... I trust BH so it'll be fun to see what he does.

Get a 2nd an 3rd for our first or a 2nd this year and a 2nd next, I'm also cool with that as well. Get Brad as much ammunition in the first three rounds as possible.

If you had to choose, would you pick one STUD, like absolute MONSTER (Think Maxx Crosby type). Or would you rather have 2-3 Really good starters/depth pieces right now with our current state of our team? I'm leaning towards the latter but am curious what you (and others) think?

I wish Holmes would trade down (maybe twice) to get three or four second rounders. We don't need studs, we need depth. His drafting past show's he's likely to get a stud anyways... might as well up the chances......
