After averaging over a ppg in Toledo, Tuomisto has 2g and an assist in 9 games with GR. Be interesting to see if he gets a shot in Detroit this year...team could use some RHD depth

I think they're good at forward...shoring up the D beyond Seider/Walman/Ghost is a bigger priority. Goalie is the biggest priority

They just called up Edvinsson...A guy like Hanifan would give us an improved shot at the playdowns...and he's still pretty young. An upgrade in goal is even more of an immediate need...that issue could keep us out of the playdowns

Beyond our top three...D is suspect. Noah Hanifan is on the block...might look nice on the back end. Don't think there's an upgrade available in goal

Dexter Bussey/Billy Sims was a nice combo...I love Montgomery/Gibbs. Might be our best combo in my lifetime. Montgomery can get to the edge and Gibbs can work between the tackles, so they don't really tip their hand by subbing one for the other

Edvinsson is tied for the Griffs team lead in goals with six and is tied for second in points with 16. Cossa had a decent outing last night...his save % is over just 90% with a GAA under 3. Not bad numbers considering the context Tuomisto has moved up to GR after a good start at Toledo. He picked up a goal last night for his first points in four games. Berggren is going to be either a nice throw in on a package for a bigger fish or a middle six forward next year when some of our current forwards move on. He's having a real nice season at GR

In my 50+ years of Detroit fandom...The 0-16 and the 79 Lions were bad...the 76-77 and the 2019/2020 Red Wings were bad...the 75 and 2002 Tigers were awful the Dickie V Pistons were bad. This may be the worst team I have ever seen in Detroit sports...
