    We knew Miggy was good...but even with the awful last several seasons...he's a historically significant hitter. Retiring with 500+ Hrs, 3100+ hits a.300+ average...not many guys have done that. I expected him to be good...but 1st ballot HOF? exceeded my expectations and I was happy with the deal

    He traded for a HOF player in Miggy..that really skews his value returned 🙂

    I think Duren is set to have a very good year as well...I like the nucleus of Cade, Ivey and Duren....and hopefully Thompson

    The NY /Penn league was a great parking spot for college rookies...leaving the FCL for HS draft picks and kids from the DSL coming stateside. They need to consider adding a 2nd short season team

    Jobe had a spinal fracture? I thought it was a "lat strain"...my niece was a travel league softball plyer who had to quit because the constant reps involved in essentially working and playing almost all year caused her to develop stress fractures in her spine. Scary stuff....

    Rogers is a very good defensive C with some power...he has a lot of value in today's game. I was half expecting him to get traded. Perez got hurt, Daz never panned out. In retrospect it was a horrible trade....at the time, I think most people thought Al Al did OK.

    He's 6-4 and can skate. Odd how he lasted until the 4th round. You would think a 6-4 RHD who can make it from one end of the ice to the other without falling down would go higher than that....😀

    I'm a long game guy...if yesterday is an aberration..over the long haul it won't mean anything. If it's a sign of things to come...that' a problem. The JD Martinez trade didn't kill us...all of the other deals that were as bad...worse..or never completed did
