Easiest way is via a pick swap with the team they are trading with. Those are less valuable because we receive their #1 back. So basically 3 outright and more via pick swaps.

Its nice they win the occasional game. Kind of sad they do it almost exclusively with offense. The defense is a mess and its actually getting worse as the season goes on. For the 7 games in December so far they are giving up 123.9 points per game.
