Yes, you are bringing the defender they want to use to double right to Cades doorstep. But then everything is directly in front of him. Hitting Thompson as the roll man is much easier when he's in front of you than standing way off in the corner. It also opens up the defense so they have to rotate. Nobody is rotating if Cade hits Thompson in the corner. They will slide to the block to cut off penetration, but they are not closing out on Thompson. They are begging him to take that shot. You put Thompson as the roller then defenses will rotate to stop him from dunking. Then its Beasley/Harris/Tech/THJ open in the corner instead of Thompson.
