Sam Vecenie had an article on The Athletic today about redrafting last years draft. He said he is going strictly off of looking term potential and not this years play. He still would take Cade #1 and he said this about him:
Cunningham would not be my Rookie of the Year pick, given the yearlong consistency of how good the following two guys on this list were. But I’m still rocking with him, long-term, as the guy to bet on in this class, and his close to the season is the biggest reason why. I thought Cunningham’s close for the Pistons was a better stretch than any other rookie this season. In his final 21 games, Cunningham averaged 21 points, 5.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game while shooting 45 percent from the field. The 3-point shot didn’t fall at the level expected, but I’m not all that worried long-term. He suffered an ankle injury entering the season, and those can be extremely difficult to come back from. He has a smooth release with good footwork that should translate to him being an effective pull-up shooter. He makes effective reads out of ball screens and consistently keeps the ball moving offensively. He’s unselfish. His assists don’t come as a function of him dribbling the ball into the ground but rather from decisions that keep the ball moving around the perimeter or off drive-and-kicks. On top of the offense, he was an effective, switchable defender, which should translate toward him being a plus defender in big moments. Everything about Cunningham’s game translates toward effectiveness in the playoffs, as soon as the shot translates. I think he’s the guy I most buy turning into a top-10 player in the league at some point.
Tough break for Milwaukee. Shams reported that Middleton is out for round two against Boston and might even miss the conference finals if they advance.

Fidelity announced they will now allow you to buy Crypto in their 401k plans. I think that is the first main stream retirement plan that will allow it.

Example #38490347 on why you need a center with specific skills. This is who most consider the best C in the game today. Getting hunted and scored on 6 possessions in a row. https://streamable.com/cczt14

My feelings on Paulo are the same for most of these guys. I don't necessarily want him but I won't be that upset if they get him.

WTF is Kerr doing? 40 seconds left and a full shot clock why try the inbounds lob pass? Terrible ATO play.

No issues at all with what Ferrari did. But I learned from millions of hands of poker plus thousands of sports bets. Don't be results oriented. Make the best decision based on info you have and live with the results. It was the right decision. Every team on the grid will take the free pit stop in an attempt to gain an extra point. Teams do it nearly every race. Shit, RB did it about 30 seconds after Charles crashed.

He stole money all season, why stop now? I am sort of sad. He had a shot at being eliminated in two consecutive games. That would be pretty cool.

Formula One streams pre-race stuff on their Youtube channel. Currently watching and there is heavy rain falling right now.

He didn't deserve it. His numbers make Westbrook look efficient.
