  1. The Athletic did an article going over every lottery teams offseason. Where NBA Draft Lottery teams stand heading into offseason: What went wrong, what to fix, pick situations
  2. He isn't an explosive jumper, but he doesn't need to be at that height and with his massive reach. We are also talking about a guy I think will go around 20. Guys in that range always have flaws. Some more from Givony:
  3. Being linked doesn't mean they are going to pay an outrageous price for Grant. If they put the #6 pick on the block it will bring back a much better player than Grant.
  4. There was no explosives and the package has been removed.
  5. Every team, and every PG, in the league wants an athletic rim running lob catcher. Especially one with good hands like Koloko. Toss in that he offers great rim protection and a little ability to guard the perimeter and he has a lot of value, especially if you draft him in the 20's. Guys like Koloko will always have a spot in the NBA. This isn't some dinosaur like Greg Monroe who cant move his feet. That is the guy who was born 15 years late.
  6. Duren has the agility/speed to play some perimeter defense as well. Someone to watch is Christian Koloko from Arizona. Great shot blocker and moves very well on the perimeter for a legit 7 footer. Pretty much limited to being a rim runner on offense though. I think he will end up rising into the top 20 by draft night.
  7. Weaver would instantly win executive of the year if he gets a top ten pick for Grant.
  8. I can't see them giving up a lottery pick either. Dame is 32 years old. Do you really want to mortgage your future and build around him? They should move him and rebuild.
  9. Gary Payton is more proof of how good GSW is at developing players. The guy played summer league this year to convince GSW to guarantee his contract. Now he is a contributing rotation player in a playoff series.
  10. Dallas being up 2-1 wouldn't be a shock before the series. Dallas being up 2-1 without Luka playing a single second is a huge shock.
  11. His team is his parents and parents screw up their star kid all the time. Ask Emoni Bates about that.
  12. I'm not saying he will be ruled ineligible. I'm just saying what the rules are. You need to be one year removed from high school. And Sharpe played for Dream City in the fall before going to Kentucky. But when millions of dollars are at risk just about anything can be manipulated.
  13. You wont trigger a ruling if you don't declare.
  14. Minnesota with a loss for the ages. Is there a worse star in the league than KAT? Dude has taken 11 total shots in the past two games, 11.
  15. He has not been ruled eligible. There was a quote from an anonymous league source he would be ruled eligible, but nothing official. The NBA wasn't going to rule on a player who did not apply for the draft. Now they will. And he is smart not hiring an agent so he can go back to school if found ineligible.
  16. It was only about 18 months ago we laughed at Sainz for picking Ferrari. He is my favorite driver so this makes me happy.
  17. Now the NBA will have to rule on his eligibility. Pretty sure he was playing for high school games for Dream City in the fall. You need to be out of high school a year before being eligible for the draft. He is interesting. Youtube has almost no film on him considering he was the #1 recruit in his class. It sounds like he was not always a big time recruit. Basically exploded on the scene in the past 1 1/2 years. Most of his hype comes from a season in the NIKE EYBL.
  18. I have read two articles about Elon Musk this week. One about how he currently does not own a home and is couch surfing at friends places. The second about how he just secured $46B in funding to buy Twitter.
  19. Lewis Hamilton and Serena Williams are part of a group trying to buy the Chelsea soccer team.
  20. Now I wish he had not won.
