    I think they should make the playoffs next year. I guess they would have to more than double their win total. So maybe that is wishful thinking.

    Another kid who would look really good if he could shoot the three. Possible target if they can get another lottery pick, probably in the 8-12 range. Can get to the rim, really good midrange game, but he shot 30% from three.

    I don't think he has been ruled eligible yet. There was a report from an anonymous source in the league office that he is eligible. But nothing official as far as I know.

    I like this version of Stewart. 14 minutes, 13 points, a couple of threes, some jumpers. His usual good defense and 6 rebounds at the half.

    I am not a huge Casey fan. But the man gets his teams to play hard until the end. Last year and this year they have lost a ton of games and not once have I felt the players quit or were not giving effort.

    Memphis is a good reminder it isn't just about high picks. They might have the best young roster in the league. OK they have Ja and JJJ, both high picks. Their two next best players are Brooks and Bane. One taken with the last pick of the first round. The other taken in the second round.

    Thing I don't get. They have all of this info at the fingertips and they have a radio. Yet you still see them hang the old fashion pit boards over the wall down the front stretch.

    Charles looked like he was going to get it done with two laps left. But the double yellow made him slow down and stop his attempt. He had expended his battery and had nothing left for the last lap. Just a bit of bad luck on the double yellows there.

    The general feeling is Sharpe will declare. At that point the NBA will have to rule if he is eligible or not.
