That would be executive of the year material if Jones can pull that off. They have zero draft picks to trade. They have traded away their 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 2030 first round picks. I don't know how you move Beal to a team to pay him over $100M for the next 2 1/2 seasons without some draft capital.

Not sure he makes it. But Cade is for sure in the all nba team discussion. Fun fact. If he makes all nba, his extension gets even bigger. So next years cap hit is higher, meaning they will have even less cap space this summer. No clue what the number is, probably between one and two million. So not a huge increase, but things are already tight with cap space.

Up 4 with 37 seconds left and Portland was inbounding. Why wasn't Holland on the floor? Why would you want THJ or Harris out there instead of Holland? The Pistons had a timeout left so if Portland scores you could use it and get Holland out. I keep telling myself we are only keeping JB around until they make the playoffs. Then we get a real coach.

Cade picked up his dribble at the logo, which was a mistake. But two Portland defenders jumped him and all 4 other pistons just stood there like they were in cement. A guy being doubled like that can't throw a 20 foot pass. Move to him.
