Can't watch until tonight. Opened Reddit and first thing I see is Charles took pole. Really concerned about their tire issue. Seems the upgrades produce more down force and kills the tires pretty fast.

That is the most realistic Grant trade I have seen yet. Much better return for Portland on #7. The only nitpick I have is OKC giving up Dort. I think the value is just fine going both ways. But Dort is only 23 and at some point OKC has to start hanging onto players. You can't put a team of future draft picks on the court. And they don't exactly need another pick.

Just to pile on a bit. Bates measurements from the Memphis pro day at the beginning of the season. A wingspan less than his height is pretty odd. 3.42 shuttle run? Luka Garza did it in 3.38 at last years combine. 3.72 second sprint? Garza was dead last at last years combine, he did it in 3.51. 12.8 second agility? Garza wasn't last (Isiah Mobley 12.7) but he did it in 11.9 seconds. It was ugly and great foreshadowing on what type of year he was going to have.

You can do an extend-and-trade, but it almost never happens. Larry Coon (The guy who made the salary cap FAQ) says it has only happened twice before. Garnett to Boston and Melo to NY.

They are alternating picks and Sam's sidekick had the Pistons. He took Murray. Sam said he would swing for the fences here and go with Sharpe. His reasoning, he thinks Cade is going to be lights out next year and probably play Detroit out of getting another top pick. This might be their last shot at getting elite talent at the top of the draft.

Vacenie just picked Ivey for Sacramento in their mock. He said you go BPA here no matter what, even though he doesn't like the fit with Fox. IMO, draft Ivey and trade Fox. They should have kept Hali and traded Fox.

Things are likely to change a lot between now and the draft. But you can probably count on 2 of these 3 being there at #5: Sharpe Mathurin Ivey Possibly all three but that seems a bit unlikely. As long as they don't blow it and take Murray things should be fine.
