Keith Smith broke down this summers cap space now that the trade deadline is over. He only projects Brooklyn to have cap space this summer. He lists Detroit as a swing team. Meaning they could create some space if needed. He also predicts a big summer for trades. He thinks multiple stars could be on the move this summer. I mean, they are a .500 team without a lot of talent. Everyone not named Cade has a good shot of being moved. The Pistons have full Bird rights on their young players so affording them will never be an issue. Beasley is only an issue because he is on a one year deal, kind of a special situation. His trade value got hosed a bit when he was injured. Had he finished the season with the stats he currently has, he would have been a nice trade piece this summer. When a team trades a star they want draft capital and an up and coming young player. IMO Ivey would have fulfilled that up and coming player spot if we wanted to take a swing at someone. Just traded alone without any other picks or players? He would bring back a 5th starter type, maybe 4th plus a heavily protected 1st round pick. I would listen to any offer but not actively try to trade him. If you can get him to play slightly plus defense he turns into a real nice player.

Podcast episode about the history of TSMC. These guys research the heck out of their topic. 2 1/2 hour long episode and I am 1 hour in and we are just getting to the part where Chang starts TSMC. Router method is obviously easier. But you can still use a Pi for DNS ad blocking if your router wont redirect. You just have to manually change each device to use the Pi server. Just a one time thing though, set it once and done. So its not awful to do it that way.

Thompson might be better served working on a little 10-15 foot pull up jumper. Seems like it would be easier to teach someone to make that shot compared to a 3 point shot. It would also give him options on times he cant get all the way to the rim. Just because he gets the ball behind the 3pt line wide open doesn't mean he has to shoot that. Take two dribbles and stick the 12 footer in their eye. His FT% isn't good so maybe not.

Sam Vecenie was talking about the Thompson twins on his podcast. He still doesn't think either one of them will ever develop a shot. He said he still likes both of them a lot and he feels Ausar has the best shot of becoming the Pistons second star.
