No clue if this is political or not. But the location gives it a chance to be.

I don't remember him ever doing that either. He was pretty upset.

Starters contributed a bit more tonight. But Beasley was still the only 20 point scorer other than Cade. THJ with 3 points in 28 minutes.

Someone needs to plant Haliburton in the third row.

Start using Beasley as the screener. Have him pop when his guy doubles Cade and just take open threes all game.

I appreciate Cade going after that block and not giving up the fast break dunk. But with two fouls he needs to let that go.

Stewart gets tossed for a flagrant foul.

An NBA team getting an 8 second call against them is embarrassing.

Luka would have to flat out tell Nico that he will not sign with them after next season for them to trade him. You are right there are not a lot of available guys. I would want someone that distributes well like Cade or Young. A lot more teams listen if you are holding the Cooper Flagg ticket.

Mathurin and Nembhard are out. Nembhard defended Cade really well last game.

If I am the Spurs I would want to go much bigger than Fox. They might have two lottery picks this year. Atlanta owes them a few more picks still, Charlotte owes them a 1st as well. They have some very tradeable young guys in Vassell, Sochan, Castle, and Johnson. Package that up for a big time #2 to put next to Victor.

Secondary ball handler you say?

I was curious what a star costs. Is Donovan Mitchell the last star to be traded? He is the one I am using anyway. This trade was a two team trade between Utah and Cleveland. It happened in September of 2022. Agbaji is nothing much. But Sexton and Markkanen were fairly decent players when traded. The year before the trade Sexton averaged 24 PPG in Cleveland and shot 37% from three. Markkanen was more of a 15 PPG when traded and has since improved quite a bit. So on top of 2 decent players. It also included 5 first round picks. 3 of the 5 are straight up Cleveland's picks. The other 2 are just the right to swap, so if Cleveland remains good, those two have no value.

Interesting. Hawks pick goes to SA this year without any protections. So could be big if they fall into the lottery.

Sounds like the all star reserves are announced Thursday night.

F-35 crash in Alaska today.

Oh they 100% are in the play-in game. But they can make that and still keep their pick as long as they lose and one team that also lost has a better record. 1-13 the Pistons keep the pick. #14 is the last lottery pick, or one of the 4 play-in losers with the best record. I would guess the pick would be in the 20's. A contender will want him and thats where they pick. Plus, he isn't worth a pick higher than 20 IMO.

Well, those numbers are not great to draw those conclusions. The Cade on before numbers include Ivey on and off the court. We don't know where the struggle was. Here are numbers, all before the injury, that are strictly Cade/Ivey playing together or Cade with Ivey off the floor. So better on offense with him on. Much better on defense with him off. Pretty much meets the eye test. As far as if they say he is a second star or not? I don't know. I looked at OKC. The numbers with SGA on and Williams off are absurd. Williams is easily a #2 star. He might make all defense and all nba this season. And those numbers make it look like OKC should just cut him. So I don't know.
