If you're not giving up attractive players, Murphy and MPJ probably cost 3 firsts each. You can only trade 4 of your own firsts at a time so that trade isn't very realistic.

Royal Oak is getting a Rock & Brews. It's a national franchise owned by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. The Yezbick brothers are the driving force behind it, but I heard Drew Lane (Drew and Mike Show) is also a co-owner. Not a big fan of theme restaurants. I guess it could be cool if they lean hard on local music memorabilia.
