So, 35 arrested at an abortion rights rally in D.C. yesterday, including 17 congressional people. I’ve included their names in an attachment. I’d like to personally thank the ONE man who put himself out there - Congressman Andy Levin of Michigan’s9th district. Aren’t there like … oh, I don’t know…. a couple hundred more male Democratic congressmen…. Couldn’t a few more have joined that protest? This needs to NOT be thought of as strictly a woman’s issue. Very frustrating.

I’m pretty sure that most of us recognized that this was/is his motivation. He’s not hard to figure out. 😂 Dangerous… yes, but pretty damn transparent.

Btw… just stopped for gasoline. $4.09/gal. Steadily coming down here.

Well, as some have pointed out in their posts, they’re questioning why women’s voting turnout isn’t much higher. While I agree it should be, my question back is … why aren’t men’s voting turnout higher? Why weren’t there a much more pronounced presence of men in the many Roe protests? Shouldn’t there be more? Where, exactly, ARE the men that don’t want to see their wives, girlfriends, daughters, granddaughters DIE because a woman can’t be TRUSTED with the decision that a pregnancy will or won’t be terminated for whatever reason? Giving a damn is great… actually doing something about it would be greater.

But, of course they are. Who didn’t believe that’s what they would do. Handmaid’s Tale… out of the fiction section of the library, straight to non-fiction.

Women are going to die. Absolutely. And nobody seems to give a fuck.

I just have to say …. That’s really lame to interpret what’s on that clip as “someone shaking hands with nobody”. Equally lame is sharing the post, which seems to indicate that you are agreeing with the interpretation. As someone who took care of a senior person, my father, with dementia for more than 10 years, (luckily it was slow moving until the last year or so), I can tell you absolutely that all this mudslinging that have been thrown in Biden direction, insinuating he’s suffering from dementia, are just incredibly insulting, because they are so inaccurate. I hope you never have to learn about the truth of this condition from close up.
